The air conditioning could use disinfection – it smells a bit. We didn’t get a broom and dustpan, but that’s just a minor detail, and we definitely recommend the stay.

Great location – very close to the beach, very close to the market, and very close to the promenade. The apartment is spacious, perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. Large balcony with a sea view. Sunbeds on the beach in the front row.

Furniture a bit outdated, it’s time to change it. Very loud neighbours, but that’s not apartment’s fault

Wonderful location, 2min to the beach and 2min to main street where all is happening, but still in a calm area, really can’t be better! Apartment itself was clean, looking similar as on the photos, kitchen is well equiped, bed linen and towels provided. One umbrella and 2 sun loungers are provided free of charge at the beach which we appreciated very much.

Absolutely fantastic location – just 100 steps from the beach, strategically perfect in Jesolo. Beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment. Two bedrooms – the kids' room doesn’t have bunk beds but two separate single beds, which I really appreciate. Clean towels and bed linen provided. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Lovely terrace with a peaceful view of the garden. A big plus is the covered garage. The air condition works well. A parasol and two sun beds are included in the price. We were very satisfied – I definitely recommend this place and it will surely be our first choice for our next holiday.

The security in the rooms is not at the required level. Between 2 and 3 am we were robbed while we were sleeping. With the right tools the doors can be opened easily even when they are closed. It seems that the hotelier has created some minimum security conditions but they are not enough. On the front door and the door to the terrace, you can easily see the marks of the tools used to open the doors.

Everything was great, but a little suggestion for the owners: it would be great to have more cleaning supplies in the apartment kitchen – garbage bags, cloths, and cleaning products – this would make it easier for your guests to take care of the apartment. And foot towel for after shower would have been desired :)

We spend our holidays in Lido di Jesolo every year, and this was probably already our 10th vacation there. Usually, we stay in different places. We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation – the apartments were comfortable and clean, very close to the sea, with an umbrella and sunbeds on the beach, and a good internet connection in the room. We hope to come back here again.

The apartment is great generally but there are a few items missing that would make it amazing, such as a frying pan for breakfast ( very useful in our case as a family), a toilet brush 🤭 and a foot towel for after shower would have been desired, we had to buy our own as the bathroom was becoming a bit too messy. Also there is only one key and you need it also when leaving the building to open the main front door to the building so our little one had to run up and down with the keys every time someone wanted to leave separately and others would stay behind 😜

The apartment is in a great location, close enough to the centre but far enough to be quiet, just 2 mins walk away. Also 2 mins from the beach with private sun beds very close to a wonderful beach bar, the apartment is big enough for a family, the rooms and bathroom are big and comfortable. The host replies straight away to questions/issues and is accomodating to your needs.

Place was clean. Close to the beach, 1 min distance.. Two sun beds are reserved at the beach. Secured parking. Wi fi was good. Bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a fridge, washing machine, and everything needed for preparing and cooking the food. Towels are included. You need to take your own beach towels. Place is close to the restaurants and bars. We had two separate rooms. For us and for two kids.

Information can be send by WhatsApp in first instance. Some times is much easy like that. The host did that on my request at the end. The 3.00 PM check in is a bit hard, specially in this part of the year! The Wi-Fi didn't work for 80% of the time and the answer was not satisfactory for me. Holidays for some people includes some work done, and with out internet, the knock on effect is terrible.

Rooms were not soundproof and our neighbours were quite noisy.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, the beach has parasol and 2 sunbeds included, we really loved that it was so close to everything. There is free parking in the garage below the property, so no bother with finding one. It is really secure, everything is managed by PIN, there is a safe inside of the app, you also get a security bracelet for the beach. No host will greet you as it is self check-in and you do everything yourself.

I wasn’t able to find soap anywhere or a trash. The owner quickly responded where to find both, but we still didn’t have soap. I would’ve liked a few more towels to use and a broom to sweep all the sand.
