This apartment exceeded expectations. It had absolutely everything we needed! Washing machine, toiletries, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and comfortable. One of the highlights was being able to play jazz LPs in the living room, which gave the space a unique and memorable atmosphere. The themed rooms added an extra layer of charm, making the experience feel special. The owner was friendly and enthusiastic, which made us feel very welcome. A truly enjoyable stay from start to finish.

We loved the friendly host who shared many recommendations about the area and what to do! The location was fantastic, peaceful but close enough to the main square (15-20 minute walk). The apartment had everything and more that you could need for a stay :)

Slightly challenging to find the location but it just the way the old towns are in Italy and we were self driving.

The apartment was very well updated and modern inside. Beautifully decorated and on ground level, so no stairs with suitcases. Stefania met us and showed us through the space and also gave us suggestions of some things to do in the area, a great host!

This apartment is exceptional, there is nothing to improve.

What a pleasure to stay at this beautiful apartment, so close to the historical centre of Perugia, and yet in a quiet tucked away location. The owner has clearly thought about how to make guests feel at home, with so many thoughtful gestures, having the apartment cool on arrival, having cold water ready and having a selection of quality toiletries available. The apartment was scrupulously clean, and the kitchen was so pleasant to use. The lounge is delightful and both bedrooms are so tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very well equipped, having a washing machine you could use. I walked into town in just a few minutes, it was so easy. Having free parking right outside the accommodation in a historic area was a huge boon. Communication with the owner was the best ever, such helpful information sent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment for a stay in Perugia and I hope we get to return on day.

We were warmly welcomed by owner Stefania’s daughter upon check in. When we had some difficulties to identify the apartment building and taking long to get there, she was patiently waiting for us & guided us how to get there smoothly. She was such a charming young lady who had provided us all the information we need & much more. She made already charming attractive house even more attractive and charming with her presence & warm welcome. House is well equipped with everything we need & also very nicely decorated with unique taste of owner Stefania which is very inviting. Location just short walking distance to the city centre with parking just outside the apartment located on the ground floor - This made it easy & very comfortable for us to carry the luggages from the car to the apartment Highly recommended.

The AC is located in the hallway, so the bedrooms can get warm over night if you close the doors.

Stefania is a wonderful hostesse, very kind and you can ask her anything about the location. The appartment is located just at the edge of the city and after some minutes of walking you can reach the city center. The rooms are spaceous, the kitchen has everything you need. The place was very clean and set up with attention to detail. The free parking is in the shades, so your car will not heat up, which was the cherry on top!

A more comfortable settee in the Jazz room, Sorry I hate to put this, as the room was lovely.

Stephane's husband met us. He showed us everything around the property. inc. English book regarding the area. It was a very warm welcome. You had everything you needed. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil. The bathroom was stocked with shower gels, shampoo etc. Very Home from home, exceptional property.

Location was not clearly understood as it is a neighborhood on the hill. However once sorted out, we enjoyed the stay a lot!

It is a 25 minute walk to the main square. Fine for us but some may struggle with the climbs. I would definitely return. See

The sofa in the TV room was not that comfy.

Location was great and plenty of room, washing machine available and laundry detergent which was useful. Had coffee available in the morning.

Only one AC unit in the hall and it didn’t really make the bedrooms cooler.

The hosts stayed at the property until 12:30 in the morning as our flight was delayed.
