Exceptional customer service from the receptionist - so helpful and friendly. Great room, with plenty of space. We enjoyed the garden and pool. Breakfast was great here too.

Due to lack of airconditioning we slept with the windows open. The noise of the busses, trains and construction works was not great.

The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff, plus a great breakfast selection. We arrived after reception closed so they arranged a key in a key safe, which was helpful. The location is great for trains and buses (both just acrossthe road). You will get a Brixen Card for the duration of your stay, which gets you free transport in the area and free/reduced entry to attractions.

Perfect location, next to the train station and bus station. Easy to travel around to Alpe di Siusi and Seceda via bus. Brixen is a walkable city. Very pretty.

Poor value for money. Breakfast basic continental. Rooms hot, not air conditioned and in need of renovation. Our room had a long crack in the sealing above the bed that was just tried to paint over in different yellow color. A lot of noise as the hotel, despite the romantic pictures, is located next to bus station and there is also trains passing by with loud horns in the morning. Worth half the price and wouldn't recommend.

Breakfast was a decent spread. The bedrooms were quite small, enough for a single person but difficult to share. The Hotel is located right opposite the station, rather convenient. And it is a 15 minute walk to the town. Easy walk and safe! There is a Bar attached to the Hotel with a shady outer area.

The juices at breakfast seemed to have been diluted. Only side plates (not bowls) were available for eating cereal. Boiled eggs and toast were the only warm food at breakfast. There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom for warm nights.

The location of this hotel is excellent for Brixen's railway station and the adjacent bus stops. The choice of bread at breakfast was excellent. The manager Vera and her staff were all very friendly and obliging. We were provided a fan and a small refrigerator for our bedroom. We would stay there again, as we love the South Tyrol.

Directly next to the bus depot so our view wasn't great. Earplugs overnight. A small table in the sitting area would have made the two chairs more useful.

Huge room with a big bed, large desk and separated seating area. Fantastic breakfast including homemade bread, fresh croissants, fruit, etc etc in a lovely dining room. Very friendly front desk available all day. Safe bike storage. Very nice pool with comfortable water temperature. Nice garden with lounge chairs very easy walking distance to historic center.

Fantastic accomodation to stay in if you are in Bressanone! Very very good location right next to the station, the rooms are perfectly sized and very well maintained. The staff were so helpful and Leakey to deal with and to top it off the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend staying here!!

The elevator was slow. It's a long wait for us since we have many luggages. The breakfast has few options, and small.

This hotel is very cute. We love this place. The staff was extremely nice. She shared information to us and also gave us a free pass to travel around in the city. We got help instantly.

Perfect location next to the bus station and within walking distance to the center of the town. The room is comfortable and clean enough. And the view is amazing!
