Perfect view, perched high above Moltrasio. Accommodation and terrace were second to none. Lorenzo was the “host with the most”, wonderful local recommendations, even picked us up after our dinner. Thank you to your Mum for the delicious tomatoes and basil.

There's nothing to dislike, only that 5 night's wasn't enough!

Superb modernized top floor apartment with a stunning view of Lake Como. The terrace is perfect for dining and relaxing, it's a few minutes drive uphill away from the tourist hotspots so extremely quiet. The apartment has recently been renovated, large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and comfortable sofabed in the lounge, a powerful shower in the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine. Every window has the "to die for view!" Lorenzo the owner is a fantastic host that will help you with anything you need and give you all the local information to make the most of Lake Como and the surrounding area. We will definitely re-book this place! 11/10

Lorenzo was a fantastic host! He met us near the bottom of the hill and showed us how to get up to the house. He welcomed us with a glass of Lambrusco and lots of great tips for our time in Lake Como.

Lorenzo was an amazing host, he picked us up from the port and offered to give us lifts if/when required, he was very helpful with local knowledge and recommendations. The apartment was lovely and the views were incredible. Highly recommended.

A lot of stairs to get to and from the main part of the village but the host did offer to collect us if we needed. Luckily we were fit and managed the stairs, no air con in the room but we had a big fan.

Lorenzo was the best host!! Very caring and helped with anything we needed. Gave great recommendations and even a tour when we arrived! Went above and beyond!! The view was stunning and we loved every minute of it. Bathroom was Beautiful and a lovely shower. The village is amazing and we had some of the most tasty food!

Excellent view and comfort. Lorenzo was a great host, very attentive to detail and offered to pick us up from the pier. He also taught us some info about Moltrasio, gave us recommendations too. I would totally recommend his place and I hope to come back soon!

Nothing. Everything was totally perfect.

We just got back from our 3 week vacation to Northern Italy (Milan, Como, Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, Heart of Tuscany) and stayed at some really amazing places, but this one was the best of all of them by far. As almost every other reviewer has noted, the views are so perfect of Lake Como. The apartment has great views from every window. When we arrived, we had a bottle of champaign and sparking water in the frig, the coffee maker had tons of coffee pods for us to use during our stay, the washing machine had lots of laundry paks, the TV had lots of channels along with Netflix ready to use. The furniture appears brand new and the bed was so comfortable. It was so much fun sitting on the balcony drinking coffee or wine and looking out at the lake views. Lorenzo, the host, was simply the best. He picked us up at the train station and drove us to the apartment, but on the way he gave us a tour of the city and pointed out lots of special areas for us to go to during our stay. He offered to pick us up at either the bus stop or boat/ferry landing in the evenings when we got back from sightseeing so we did not need to walk back to the apartment (which was so nice of him to do) and drove us back to the train station at the end of our stay. One thing we did not realize when we booked this stay was that there is a boat/ferry landing at the bottom of the hill where the apartment was located, and it gave us a great opportunity to take the boat to downtown Como (8 euros each for a round trip ticket), or up to Bellagio or Varenna (10 euros each for a one way 2 hour ride which allowed us fantastic views of the villas located on Lake Como, including George Clooney's). It was so easy to buy the tickets at the landing since they had a worker right there at the ticket office.

The best view over lake Como, look no further! The apartment was spotless and provided everything we needed (hair dryer, iron). The kitchen was also very well equipped. Our host was very friendly and helpful, offered lots of useful tips.

The road up to the apt. is a little narrow and tricky but Lorenzo will guide you up!

Lorenzo truely is a great host. He keeps his distance, but is at all times willing to help. It is a steep walk up from the lake, but the view is fantastic! Some nice walking trails up the mounains start right next to the appartment.

The apartment was AMAZING! The view of lake Como was breathtaking, I cannot imagine a better place with such a good view of the lake. Lorenzo (our host) was such a friendly person, he picked us up from the station, even stopped at a grocery store so that we could buy some food for breakfast :) he gave us lots of tips and tricks of getting around Como, he was extremely welcoming and helpful, I have never met a host who loves what he does as much as Lorenzo! The apartment was very clean and it had everything you need for a short stay (coffee, tea, pans, iron, hairdryer, etc.). The apartment is located in a very calm little town, not a lot of people (in September), it’s very high up so there’s lots of stairs to climb to get to it, but the view is definitely worth it. Bus stop is a short walk away, where you can catch the C10 bus and get to towns around Como.

Lorenzo was a phenomenal host, one of the best we have ever had whilst using the site. He went above and beyond to help us find nice places to eat, tell us about local attractions and even ferry us from place to place rather than walking the steep slopes after a few evenings events!

Our stay exceeded all expectations. Location, view, cleanliness and excellent hospitality by Lorenzo. The views and terrace were the highlight. It is the cleanest place I have stayed, even the drawers were perfectly clean. Lorenzo made us feel very welcome, it was great chatting about Como, and also Melbourne, we do hope you come visit. Moltrasio was our favourite spot to stay in Como. So well connected, but also plenty to explore nearby. Just lots of stairs! It was great having our own car spot, we had an Audi Q3 which just fits, a Fiat Panda would be better! Overall thank you for an amazing stay. Looking forward to returning.
