The AC was not working so it got really hot during days and nights.

The room was clean and nice. We received the instruction for check-in the day before our arrival and it was very easy to find and access the apartment. The location was great, lots of good restaurants nearby and main attractions in a walkable distance. We contacted the host few times on WhatsApp and their replies were quick and helpful.

U pitanju je stan koji posjeduje 3-4 sobe. Ono što mi se nije svidjelo jeste to što je šifra za glavna vrata u stan (svi gosti prolaze kroz ta vrata) ista, kao i šifra od naše sobe. Također, komunikacija sa domaćinom je loša. Pokušavala sam ih kontaktirati dosta puta (prije nego što smo stigli u Milano), danima nisu odgovarali na moje poruke, ni preko bookinga ni preko Vibeba i Whatsapp-a. Odgovor sam dobila 15ak-20 dana kasnije, nakon sto sam pisala supportu bookinga. Jastuci su veoma losi, mali. Za tri noci, dvije osobe, dobili smo samo po jedan manji i jedan veci peskir, te dvije rolne toalet papira. Bilo bi lijepo da soba posjeduje papuče.

Entering the building through the code at the main entrance did not always result in the doors opening automatically, and I felt that we were disturbing someone with our ringing and our arrival, but we did not stay outside even though I had concerns.

Accommodation is great, nice, clean, quiet. The room's furnishings matched the photos, nice shared kitchen for four rooms.

They split one home into three separate rooms, so the walls between them are very thin—you can literally hear everything. Everything :)

The property has a clean, well-maintained entrance (no need to contact anyone) and good amenities.

Could do with a few more pillows for the bed, and bedding showing signs of ageing (one hole in sheet).

It was clean, comfortable and had all the basic facilities. Location, within easy reach of all main places of interest.

The plug sockets felt like a safety hazard, lack of spare pillows. No view out of the window, was partially underground.

One issue was the pillows, we only had one each and both were very thin and lumpy, if there was more pillows/towels etc it would have made it perfect. But there is a washing machine so you could actually wash your own towels if needed

The apartment was great, it had all the facilities and mod-cons to make for a great stay, could have happily stayed there for a weeks stay not just 2 nights.

I didn’t like that the floor felt dirty.

I liked that it was close to the transport station, it was convenient to get to stores that I needed. I liked that it was clean and exactly what is shown. It was also pretty straight forward and that’s what I like.

Unable to get hot water for the shower. Walking distance bit far from the dumo but if you are able to navigate the public transport it’s a good place to stay in.

New pillows would help.

The room was clean and quiet. There was a shared common area with a couple of tables, a sink, a stovetop and a fridge. The location was good for us and the directions for entry were clear. This was a good option for one night.

Everything is properly equipped, including the kitchen. The towel drying device in the shower is not working properly, there was not enough toilet paper when staying 4 nights.

Location close to the city center, Duomo Square and other neighborhoods that are fun to walk around. Clear instructions for entry, check-in. Pleasant, clean, comfortable and safe place

Not really the cleanest place. There was stain on the bedding, used empty shower gel bottle in the bathroom, and very strong cigarette smell when we first entered the room.

The location was perfect, about 15-20 minutes walk from the Duomo.

The signs in the room say check out is at 11am, but they actually ask you to check out at 10am. Afterwards they sent me a private message telling me to only post a positive review and not to state any negative points publicly. This annoyed me as it feels like they are trying to skew the reviews. Ironically it made me post this as a negative point! The walls are also quite thin between the rooms but I am not a light sleeper so didn’t really mind.

Location (close to public transport, walkable to the Duomo), cleanliness, spacious room, ease of check in, good shower.

They need to display the aircon controls at the property

I wasn’t expecting much but once I got the details for the aircon, this flat is everything you need for a stopover. It’s clean, has a superb bathroom, large modern shower, kitchen attached and the whole place is quiet. I have stayed in over 50 flats in Milan and this was best value of all over the years
