Breakfast was average but went every day for the coffee as no facilities in the room.

As many have said, it's not particularly pretty from the outside but lovely inside. Room immaculately clean and refreshed every day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. Really nice hotel close to the centre (10 minutes walk) and a supermarket 100 yards away for anything you need.

One of the beds (the modifiable sofa) was creaking/cranking a bit that shall be greased.

The standard room did not have facilities to make coffee, and no hand soap. It was very difficult to park the car, even though we paid extra for a XL car.

Lovely hotel a short walk from the old town. Staff were all very friendly and the room was much nicer than we had expected. Breakfast had enough variety for the two nights we stayed.

Nothing, hotel was perfect for a single night before flying home to the US the next day.

Location with parking garage (extra) makes parking and walking into old town very easy and safe. The location is perfect, easy to get to to and walk from. Check-in was very easy - -no surprises.

Hotel Italia is situated only a short walk away from the historical city center (15 min walk to Piazza delle Erbe), Nice rooms (ours looked away from the street, but it doesn't seem a very noisy district) with OK beds and bathroom, tasty self-service breakfast with good coffee, WiFi OK. Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. A convenient car garage in the same building is only suitable if you are a reasonably good driver, as it is a bit tight.

It would have been nice to have a shuttle bus back from the hotel after the opera we attended at the arena in the city as the show only finished at 12.30 at night and we had a 25min back to the hotel which was ok for myself and my daughter but would have been nice.

Very good 3 star hotel located 1.5km 15mins walk from the city centre. The room was clean and beds comfortable and a good bathroom and balcony. Breakfast was included with wide variety of continental breads, pastries fruit coffee juice etc

The breakfast selection was not as good as we were expecting and the drinks from the drink machine was poor. There were problems with the shower head in one of the rooms. The location was about a 15 minute walk at least from the centre of Verona and we had to walk out every night as there were limited restaurants in the area.

The rooms were of a good size, with the necessary facilities and were very clean. It was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotels in a very nice part of town close to the city center and the central station. The staff was very friendly and a very good breakfast was served. The room was a bit small but comfortable. Nice bathroom and spacious shower.

Only issue in my eyes are the iron bed-side tables.

Very convenient location for overnight stay and access to the centre. Worked just fine. Very nice and attentive staff. Rooms clean though slightly outdated. No problem.
