Only a few small considerations.... beds can be hard depending on your preference and same with the pillows which appeared to be all foam-core. While the a/c functioned well, it did not seem to be temperature controlled; i.e. we had to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off when the room became too cold.

Location is superb. Friendly staff. Breakfast is on par with similar hotels but nothing extraordinary. Rooms are clean. A/c functioned well.

Rooms face the main street and can get noisy in the evenings and mornings. Breakfast is simple - good brioche and cured meats but several packaged items; however breakfast on the balcony is at no cost and an absolute delightful experience.

Pleasant staff. Rooms are simple. Hotel structure is dated, but location is fantastic with a view from the balcony that can't be beat in Noli.

Great location with very easy access to the beach. Beach was super nice , clean, surrounded by tree-covered-mountains with an amazing view of the historic town and the castle. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can ask for an omelette or scrambled eggs for the breakfast

Size of rooms not very big but that is valid for most hotels in that region. Breakfast could have more varieties but also here, Italian breakfast is mainly croissants and coffee :)

if you come by car then getting to the hotel front door is a little tricky. free parking is 500metres away from the hotel door. its a public space, on a first come, first served basis. the hotel parking is c1km away, which is not helpful, when you have lots of luggage.

great location for Noli beach and town centre. friendly and helpful staff. comfortable bedroom, nice continental breakfast.

If I would have to point out something it would be the awesome if the TV's had smart tv capabilities. Netflix to fall asleep is something small that can make a huge difference in comfort. Be aware that parking might be a 6 minute walk away from the hotel. This is totally fine though and it was private parking. Otherwise the stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about it. Thank you for the awesome stay to the whole team!

Loved our stay here! Cute hotel with a perfect location, and they provided parking for our car for 15€ per night. Very close to the sea, with a very nice view from the room! Our room even had a lovely balcony! Breakfast was also surprisingly good.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect, lovely balcony, extremely clean room and bathroom, large bed, decent breakfast. Room was spacious and bright. Noli is very cozy, quiet and lovely, we will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Italia. It is right in the historical center of the town of Noli. Staff was helpful, our room was facing a busy street of the city center but it was very quiet a night! We could not hear anything. Also the sea view is amazing!
