Nothing - this place is PERFECT

This place is a gem! It's clean and quiet, with a gorgeous little courtyard full of trees and flowers. Eleonora and Riccardo are incredibly helpful and accommodated every request we had (printing something, advice on restaurants, booking a taxi to the airport). The also provide fantastic coffee :) Public transport is just around the corner, but it's close enough to Navigli that you can walk there. A HUGE plus was that we were there during a terrible heatwave (beginning of July) and the room had airconditioning! Life saver! The kitchen is shared, and we ended up not using it for cooking (only making coffee, and we used the fridge and microwave), but it looks well stocked in terms of pans and tools, as well as some things left by others (oil, spices, etc). There is small Carrefour supermarket just a few minutes' walk away, as well as a pharmacy, little bars, and a kebab place. Sure, this place is not in the center of Milan, but it is 100% worth its value. I would stay here again if/when I visit Milan!

The place is just a short walk from the Navigli and really close to public transport. The neighborhood is super quiet, also Riccardo and Eleonora have been really helpful!

We liked everything but would have really liked a kettle in the room rather than in the communal kitchen as we like making tea at all hours..but we knew on booking the situation so this is not a complaint and they’re such lovely people they possibly would have provided one if we had thought to ask.

The location in Navigli was excellent. Could easily walk to canal eateries and get the tram into the centre of Milan. Large clean comfortable room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful communication. We stored our luggage to 7pm after check out which was much appreciated as taking an overnight train out of Milan. Totally recommend.

An issue is that the check-in is only until 7pm.

Big room and nice bathroom, recently reformed. They left two water bottles and breakfast for free in the room. There was a shared kitchen with coffe, tea, a big refrigerator… All very clean and Eleanora, super nice worker. There is a tram station very near.

It was quiet and the room was lovely and super clean. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro station making it easy to get the centre of Milan. It is also a quick walk to the Navigili neighbourhood. The staff were especially amazing and provided great recommendations!

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from the Naviglio and from public transport (trams, buses, and Metro), including 15 minutes' walk from the M2 Line stops at Romolo and Porta Genova. It was clean, spacious, and fully furnished, with air-conditioning (much appreciated in the warm evenings), a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and welcome water bottles, snacks, soaps, and shampoo. The owners Riccardo and Eleonora are very kind and welcoming. The thoughtful décor and quiet inner courtyard made for an altogether charming stay.

The property is very quiete and the room is big and also the bathroom. Everything is super clean and you also have a shared kichinet area with another room but we did not use it (nor anyone else). The owners are very friendly and responsive and even gave us a couple of really good tips for restaurants. 30 minutes walk to city center or good public transport in 15-20 minutes (including waiting time).

The host was so nice and helpful, explaining everything. The apartment had everything you need, the bed was comfy. Also everything was super clean and smelled nice. 😊 I would stay there again if I come back to Milan.

It was a nice stay, the host is very pleasant to deal with. Kitchen is shared between the rooms, it gives the home feeling, at the same time it can be not too comfortable to operate on kitchen together with other guests. In my opinion, this place need a little bit of renovation/refurbishment, but it doesn’t disturb the stay to be honest. Normally I never have a good sleep outside of my home, but this time it was very very comfortable and quiet. If I plan to visit Milan again, I definitely would go to this place. It was a great stay! Check out was a little early for me (at 10am) but that’s pretty normal and having said that it allowed our room to be ready 2 hours earlier - and they were super flexible when we were 15 minutes late! So really recommend booking in if you’re heading to Milan!

Really lovely stay, friendly people who were super helpful and really lovely touches, like welcome water bottles and little snacks, as well as a mini fridge to choose from if you need! Even toiletries, like shower caps, soap and shampoo etc. Super clean space too. Overall 10/10! Thank you x

The apartment was clean, the WiFi worked, the staff were kind, and it was helpful that they spoke good English. I felt safe and I was surprised how quiet it was since it's located near a busy street. I slept like a baby. Would definitely return!
