The bathroom could have been bigger

Fantastic location, views are stunning! Watching the Sunrise/Sunset are a must! Apartment is spacious and clean and the staff are so helpful, would definitely recommend.

The location is not ideal if you don’t plan on renting a car. Taxis are expensive and walking to the city center is an uphill incline with several flights of stairs and can take about 25 minutes. Walking to Isola Bella beach is about a 30 minute walk. TVs only had a few cable channels.

The property is beautiful which includes a parking lot, a large swimming pool and an amazing view of Isola Bella. The staff is exceptional, providing guests with bath and pool towels daily and suggestions for restaurants, beaches, etc to visit. The apartment is spacious and clean, and our balcony was gorgeous. There are bus stops near by to get to the city, airport, and other locations and they come by pretty often.

We loved our stay at Isola Bella. The best aspect was by far the service. Alessandra at the front desk was so helpful. We were given recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, taxis etc upon check in which was very helpful. But we also had a few extra things we needed help with. Unexpectedly, we needed to find a tailor. Alessandra found one for us quickly. She managed to get us beach beds when a club was sold out. We also had an issue with the safe (where our passports were) the night before we were leaving. Reception was closed and wouldn't be open again until after we had left Taormina. She can back to our apartment at 10pm and helped us get our passports. We would not have been able to travel without her! We loved the complex the apartment was in and the views are incredible. We look forward to returning.

The only thing I would change for £400 a night I think a daily maid service is needed. Also confusion around the rubbish 3 types of rubbish for you to sort out but only 1 bin?

The apartment was large & fully kitted out kitchen . The balcony was amazing huge with unreal view of isola bella. The pool area was immaculate & very chill never busy even though there were only about 8 beds. Staff friendly & helpful. 5 mins drive to Taormina which is beyond words for beauty - you could walk or get bus as well.

It was a 25 minute walk into town and that was a little rough. We only did it once. We took a taxi every other time.

It was clean and the view was beautiful. Rudy was so helpful and gave us great suggestions for dinner.

Nothing bad at all but a few small suggestions are to ensure the bathroom drains are regularly unblocked as the shower could get blocked but that was minor.

The pool area and gardens were beautiful. The car park excellent especially for an area where parking is impossible. The rooms were great and the maid service every 2 days to give the apartment a refresh was beyond my expectations

The bathroom is a little outdated, some things were a little loose here and there.

The host was responsive and gave us a lot of tips. Good location, but you need a car. Beautiful apartment complex & great view of Isola Bella. Airco was also nice to have & kitchen was fully equipped. Would stay again.

The walk from the apartment into the main part of Taormina was quite hard work - either walk on the road which had no pavements or a climb up just under 200 steps in the heat. Best to catch the shuttle bus

Great apartment and Paolo on reception was very helpful and sent us a number of local recommendations which were very helpful. Pool area was lovely and quiet and well equipped with loungers. Super views and great balcony.

The location and the lovely, airy apartment with magnificent views - the balcony overlooked Isola Bella and Mount Etna greeted us when we opened the front door. The apartments are new and beautifully maintained - light and airy and it is a nice touch to be given a little food (we didn't use the pasta and sauce but appreciated the gesture). The pool area is tranquil and the grounds verdant. I'm not going to put this under "didn't like" because we didn't find this an issue but it's quite a walk if you wanted to go up to the old town - we didn't as we had already enjoyed 3 days up in the hustle and bustle. We drove down to eat nearer the sea - again quite a walk - there is a very convenient bus that stops outside the property.

In the living room, the lighting is quite harsh and the sofa uncomfortable which means the living room area is not a very comfortable room to use, although, if the weather is good, the balcony makes an excellent area to relax in. The negative aspect of the hillside location of the apartment is that it is not within an easy walk of either the nearest beach or of Taormina centre. As we did not hire a car, this meant that even going to the nearest resort areas required taxi rides (which are quite expensive). Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have preferred to have had a better understanding of the location beforehand.

The apartment is modern and spacious with fantastic views over Isola Bella and across the sea towards mainland Italy. It also has a balcony with lounging chairs and also dining table and chairs. There is a pool with nice views towards the sea and sunbeds/chairs. Inside, the furnishing is modern and attractive. The location of the property has both positives and negatives - on the positive side, being halfway up the hill between Isola Bella and Taormina, it offers great views.

The location isn’t really walking distance to the beach or the city center. The taxi is 40 Euros round trip for a 10min ride. We did walk to the city center and beach during the day. It’s about 25 min walk to both but you need to be in good shape. It’s very steep with a lot of steps and the roads are very narrow and dangerous. I definitely wouldn’t do it at night. Also the pull out couch wasn’t comfortable and the water pressure was horrible.

The apartment has a large terrace with an amazing view. The parking is free and has plenty of spaces. The pool area is beautiful with an amazing view as well. The host Paulo is very easy to reach and extremely helpful.

The apartment was excellent. A great size for the 3 of us. Very comfortable. The apartment also had an excellent balcony with a panoramic view over the ocean and across Isola Bella. We had driven to Taormina from Palermo. As such, having parking facilities on site was a bonus. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons before heading out to dinner each night. The apartment was very well located with a short walk up to the town or down to the beach.

The view! Oh my, I could sit on the balcony all day and just look out. The apartment is location on the hill in between the beach (Isola Bella) and Taormina. Paolo gave us some excellent recommendations from restaurants to parking, to pizza home delivery. The pool was surrounded by gorgeous gardens too. Appreciated having free parking onsite. Loved our stay here.
