How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Isabella is such an amazing host, I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are in a hurry or if you get lost at some point during your commute, Isabella can help you out by offering to drive you to/from your destination. There’s also a buffet-style breakfast and you’re welcome to make tea/coffee at any point if you wish. The place is clean, welcoming, comfortable and to me it felt like visiting a family. I highly recommend it because it’s very close to bus stops, and it’s easy to both get to this house FROM the airport and TO the airport, as well as to the Bergamo city centre. I will come here again!

Perfect if you have a flight to catch at Bergamo airport - it took us less than 15 minutes to walk from the apartment to the airport. Safe and calm area, lovely restaurants & cafes nearby. Isobel is super attentive and friendly, gave us recommendations, and just made our stay as comfortable as possible! Will be coming back again if we ever need to stay close to Bergamo!

Isabella is such a caring and welcoming host, and she made us feel right at home. The accommodation is spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. I stayed one night with my daughter, and we both felt very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone!

There was nothing I did not like. Apartment was perfect.
Stay in Isabel was fantastic experience. The location of the apartment is perfect for those who fly out from BGY airport or those who would like to explore the town and local area. The apartment was immaculate, clean and super cosy. Each room has a big double bed with comfortable mattress, good cooling devices, blinds that provide complete darkness and few rooms have balcony. Each corner of the apartment was worked to perfection. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like useable items in the bathroom or kitchen. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with a dining place and another balcony with table and chairs where I had my morning coffee:) Fridge was full of tasty snacks which makes very nice welcome. Communication with the management (Isabel) was very pleasant. She just made me to feel like at my own home. Highly recommended!

Great location with short distance to the airport, room was very clean and modern, the host Isabel was extremly helpful. She guided us with buses and places to visit, even gave us a lift to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

no way out of this, really. Close to airport and planes flying over quite loud
comfortable room, good options for breakfast, lovely and very helpful host. If you need to stay near the airport, this is the place for you!

At the night I was staying was crazy hot so it would be nice to have at least fan in the room. 😊
Isabel and her mum are very lovely people. ❤️ The room so as the bathroom are very clean. Even though the apartment is literally at the airport it's pretty quiet after you will close the window at night.

Isabella is a great host. Helped us to get to the property at night and made sure we have everything we needed. Advised on our questions and was very friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing, specially because some of the items available at the fridge were used/open.
Cleanliness, Host availability to receive us after midnight and the host help guiding us in real time to use public transportation to go to the airport. Isabella is amazing!

Best accommodation I ever had near BGY airport. I wish myself and all of you to always rent room from owners like Isabela. Super nice and clean, close to the airport! Highly recommend and for sure I will come back!

The accommodation was excellent – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Isabelle is a fantastic host, very helpful and flexible with anything we needed. We had to be at the airport at 5 AM, so the fact that her house is just a 2-minute drive from the car rental return and only 5 minutes from the airport was perfect for us. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. Highly recommended!

The room and toilet were spacious and clean. Isabella messaged me beforehand about the walking route from the airport to the acoomodation, which is very convenient (about 15-20 mins). Our flight was delayed so we arrived after 10pm but Isabella was so kind that she helped us find food for the night.

As for me the pillows was to hard
