The only downside was the internet connection — it was quite unreliable and kept cutting out during use.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The breakfast bar offered a great selection of delicious food, and the rooftop bar was a real highlight — tastefully designed, it felt like sitting in an outdoor garden with stunning views over the city. A truly memorable experience!

Bathroom was tight, not a lot of room.

The best breakfast ever on the rooftop, cocktails at sunset amazing. Location was perfect, central to everything and walking distance to all the Rome attractions.

Nothing really! I guess the signage for the hotel is a bit hard to make out if you've never been.

The hotel staff is very helpful, the rooms are tastefully decorated, well air-conditioned, a bit small but for Rome that's standard. The location is great, lots of truly excellent restaurants all around. They have a beautiful terrace on the sixth floor where they serve cocktails in the evening with a view of the St Peter's basilica. Their breakfast is a masterpiece - by far the best of any hotel we stayed at in Italy.

Everything was great.

Hotel Isa is a great hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooftop bar was beautiful and fun. When I return to Rome I would say there again.

Terrace was lovely. Breakfast great. Downstairs reception areas spacious and comfortable. Great help from reception with taxis etc. Location is absolutely perfect.

Some signs of wear and tear in the room, but not in anyway enough to cause a problem.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The Hotel Isa was very clean and well designed. Good local restaurants very near buy with reasonable prices. Breakfast is good and the bar has lovely views out to the Vatican. The hotel is just out of the centre, about a five or so minute walk into the central area. I preferred this, as I went in Easter and there were a lot of tourists and visitors for the funeral of Pope Francis. Shuttle bus to the airport goes from a few minutes away and saves having to go to get to the very busy train station.

The noise from the maids early in the morning, opening and closing wardrobes in the hallway on the floor, making a lot of noise.

It would have been better if a restaurant was on the property. If I’m not out enjoying the city it would have been nice to just stay in the hotel and have access to a hotel restaurant.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here in the future.

We booked a room with twin beds, but there was no availability, so we shared a big bed. Somewhat challenges with the duvets and sheets but we managed.

The room was spacious. There were bath robe and slippers available. Good humidity control in the toilet. It was possible to open the windows for some fresh air. Breakfast was excellent buffet with omelettes and special coffees. Nice roof terrace and view over the city. Friendly staff.

Very weak WiFi connection

Room was very spacious, and breakfast superb both for the food (on-the-spot made on omelette and crepes) and the view. Very well located, easy to walk to the city centre and also many buses and close to the metro.
