We went there out of season so swimming pool was not open yet - we were very sorry about that as we picked the location also beacuse of the swimming pool ...

Were aware that it is located a bit "aside", but we did not mind; own car is a must, it is really great "agriturismo" experience; very comfy beds, rooms clean and well decorated; great capuccion for the breakfast, also plenty options for breakfast, very helpfull staff, nice garden. We were really satisfied.

Reception and bar staff were great and attentive. But at breakfast the service is extremely slow and the buffet was never ready by the stated start time

Very nice property but some areas are overdue for a refresh. Had to open a window to air out our room due to a musty smell that lingered. Some furniture in the room a bit large; made the room feel a bit crowded. Common areas like the lobby, bar and breakfast room were very nice but the back area, toward the pétanque pitch, had a fair amount of rotting wood and gardens needing attention. Otherwise we really liked the place.

Staff very courteous and professional (Valentine at front desk was particularly helpful and he made good cocktails 😁). Location was in a rural setting but close to amazing beaches (a car is a must). Pool looked great (but water was cold so didn’t use). Breakfast was good; coffee is made to order. Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed and a garden view terrace. Good shower. Mini fridge in room was appreciated.

It was a good base for exploring the area. pool excellent, but needs steps to allow easier exit. Waitress at dinner was excellent. Food generally good.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the loo brush was covered in paper. There was also no hand soap provided.

Stunning property with huge rooms and a terrace. Breakfast was delicious and copious. Could easily stay here without going off site but as the restaurant was closed for the season we had to venture out for food. There is not much around!

Early morning sprinklers outside the room were a little noisy, as were people walking on the floor above. Toilet had some staining which just needs a good clean. Other than that the rest of the room was clean.

Great location just a short drive from the beaches. Lovely on-site facilities including outdoor seating areas and a well maintained pool. Breakfast had options to suit everyone. Rooms come equipped with mini fridge, tv, WiFi and the garden rooms have a clothes airer outside with seating.

The breakfast was very poor. If you did not came at 8am when the breakfast started you did not get any eggs, salami and cheese. It was very dissapointing.

The place is nice, rooms are nice and clean, pool is big.

Once not that long ago 7-8 years ago we visited first time and everything and everyone deserved 4star rate. When we booked we didn’t realised that old owner is gone and new owners took over the business. Staff was amazing and they did try their best however 1 person to clean whole hotel and 1 person to help everyone for breakfast time is not enough. Staff again was lovely but if you compare standard 8 years ago when you had 4 people serving and helping only for breakfast and dinner and now 1 you can tell the difference. Bathroom needs update because the amount of limescale on shower, tiles, toilet etc you can tell it’s old and that 1 cleaner can’t cope alone. We stayed 12 nights and we had to ask for linen to be changed after 7 days and apparently it should have been changed every 3 days. Again once we asked it was done immediately however in 4 star hotel you should not have problems with cleaning and linen. It is shame since we love this place and we had nice memories from before. Today this hotel is 3 star hotel and no more. And yes dump and mold needs to be looked into since whole room regardless of the air condition working non stop was very smelly. Maybe it’s the flooring ( laminate) because you can tell it’s has lifted up from underneath. The only thing that we would like to highlight is that staff is nice very nice but there is not enough of them and new owners needs to invest in staff and rooms to make it beautiful again.

The room was advertised as Three Bed but in fact it was a double bed and a camp bed . We did complain but were told they couldn't do anything about it. A camp-bed doesn't classify as a hotel bed had we have known this we wouldn't have booked the property - very misleading !

Excellent choice - surprised to be charge for Tea & Coffee on the day we were leaving .
