How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The room was cozy and warm lights. Sound proof and bed was comfortable. Have a small mirror for skincare and makeup. I love it. Nice view in a local neighbourhood. Shower was warm and have tons of soaps.even a glitter one. Neighbourhood has a small park nearby and a good quiet place with local restaurant just downstairs. Alex was so warm and kind. I arrived late and I was messaging him all the time to keep him updated and he was very caring. He waited for me and explained about the property. Grazie Mille! ❤️ hope to come again soon!

Despite there being sufficient equipment in the kitchen, some of the utensils/plates definitely needed to be rewashed before use. There was also no air conditioner but since our stay was very short, it didn't really matter to us.
The check in instructions were very clear. There were many restaurants and supermarkets nearby which was very convenient for us. The host was very friendly and he also arranged us a taxi at 3 in the morning to go to the airport.

It was good option for one night.
Nice room,kitchen and balcony. Friendly owner,very helpful. Quiet street. There is direct bus from the city center.

A very cozy and welcoming place that made us feel right at home. The host was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We really appreciated the free street parking right near the apartment—it made things so much easier.

Everyting was so perfect. Alex welcomed us in front of the building and explain everything about apartment, city, restaurant. He is so friendly, cheerful and humble. Apartment was so clean. Bed was sooo comfortable like 5 stars hotel 🏨. Everything was 10/10

The train station is about a 15-minute bus ride away. It is nicely situated to other areas in the city, and an excellent place to stay overnight. However, I would suggest staying an extra day or two. A friend and I stayed overnight for a concert at Chorus life Arena and we were incredibly impressed with the host. He looked after our every need, suggested the best way to get around, and provided a map of the nearby area for restaurants and drinks. It was incredibly clean, the host asked us to take our shoes off after coming indoors, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Our entire trip was so comfortable and easy I would look for other opportunities to go to a concert at Chorus Life Arena to come back at this stay.

It was a little bit cold, but for me it wasnt problem even after taking a shower I think woodwork is a litle bit older and thats the reason

The room is very cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed. Alessandro is a wonderful host, attentive and caring. He met us even though we arrived very late due to a flight delay. The host provided us with detailed information on how to get to the old town, what to see, where to eat. The breakfast included in the price of accommodation was delicious and varied. Thank you very much, Alessandro, for welcoming and care!

As a suggestion, the breakfast could have a little bit more variety, even though it was good enough.
The host was lovely, very friendly and accommodating. He gave us suggestions for the area and even let us try some of the delicious pasta he was making for lunch. We enjoyed our stay there and are grateful for his hospitality.

I liked everything
The apartament was great, the kitchen well- equipped but the best was the owner, very helpful and friendly, he solved some problems for us and gave a nice welcoming. We are really grateful!
