It is right beside the train tracks so you could often hear trains passing at all hours which wasn't ideal.

The family running the BnB are brilliant and very helpful. They make a lovely breakfast every morning too. The BnB is located beside a bus stop so it is very easy to get into Taormina, and cheap! Giardini Naxos where the BnB is, is much cheaper than Taormina so that was great for lunch, drinks and dinner as you didn't have to pay crazy prices. The room itself was lovely and clean and you had your own bathroom which is great! Overall it was a great choice for the price.

It’s quite noisy because the train way is 10 meters away. The trains are often starting from 6 morning, till 23. The beach close to this location isn’t well organised

The location is great – very close to the beach, the train station, and very close to the most beautiful town I’ve ever seen: Taormina. I highly recommend staying at Invito al viaggio. If I were in that area again, I would definitely stay there again

Nothing. You could read in previous comments that the train is a problem. Yes, you can hear it. But it didn’t bother us. With windows closed (there is a air conditioner), it is not very noisy. Also there are no trains during the night.

We stayed at the guesthouse for 3 nights and everything was fine. The room is super cosy with a little kitchenette to prepare some food if you want to. The hosts were very responsive and always reachable. We only met one of the hosts in person, but he was very friendly and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. Due to planned trips we couldn’t make it to breakfast twice, but the hosts offered us to prepare some sandwiches for take away. We really appreciated this gesture. Restaurants / beach are in walking distance. We highly recommend the guesthouse!

What’s there not to like?

We had a truly wonderful stay in Naxos, just outside Taormina, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and helped us figure out the easiest and most efficient way to reach Taormina. He was also very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — compliments to his wife, who prepared everything with such care. We honestly felt like we were visiting family rather than staying at a guesthouse. It was such a warm and heartfelt experience, and we would love to return next time we visit Sicily. Highly recommended!

The room was even better than expected for the three of us, with a good amount of space, being very clean and comfortable. The balcony was the perfect addition. The owners are so lovely, and the breakfast is a highlight with something new and delicious every morning! The train and Bus stops are very close, within walking distance. Very good selection of restaurants and bars nearby at the beachfront. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the B&B.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s very close to the beach, which was perfect for us. Getting to the center is easy by taxi, so it wasn’t a problem at all.

The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive — truly made us feel at home. The house and our room were absolutely stunning, beautifully designed and spotless. Breakfast was Italian-style — simple but fresh and delicious. Within walking distance, you’ll find a variety of beaches (both public and private), a charming little port where you can rent boats, and plenty of great restaurants to explore. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing and well-rounded coastal getaway.

The main issue with the apartment is the train. It is exactly in front of the balcony and the trains pass all the time during the day and sometimes also at night. It is not possible to sleep (or even relax there) with your windows open. Tea and coffee making facilities were to be available in the room but they had to be requested. The kettle was very archaic - it was not cordless. It would be nice to be able to use the main kitchen as our room was not equipped with one but it is marked as for the personel only. The main fridge and some cabinets are closed with padlocks, which gives you a strange feeling - no, I would not steal your eggs... If you are looking for more privacy, this is not the place for you. The host lives there and is present literally all the time. He is a nice person so you may like it, if you go for family like atmosphere.

It is a very nice, family run place. The building itself is very much Sicilian style. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. The room is very tasteful and comfortable. The bed is big enough and facilities in the room are satisfactory. Lovely bathroom with nice towels. The continental breakfasts are served in the B&B every day. They are differentiated and tasty. However, if you are on a low carb diet, you will be hungry (maybe there is a chance to request sth else, I have not tried). You can pay and additional fee and have a place in the garage (suitable for small cars only). Although many people park in the street in front of the garage door, they usually move surprisingly quickly when you want to leave. I s The location is optimal for Giardini Naxos, in the less crowded part of town (it does not mean no crowds). The bus stop is in front of the house (although buses do not run according to the schedule). The room is well maintained and tidy. The owner is always eager to give recommendation and all information you need.

Charming and family friendly accommodation offering a very enjoyable stay in a pleasant and calming environment. The location is excellent, close to the waterfront and some good restaurants, and actually quite close to Taormina and the train station. The place is easy to find and if you arrive by car, parking is possible in the property's garage for a surcharge of €8/day. The rooms are located on upper floors, so be prepared to climb a couple of flights of stairs. Our room was facing the railroad track, but the noise from the passing trains is well isolated and it didn't bother us. The rooms are well appointed, clean and cosy. The stylish furnishing and decor also help to create positive vibe and ambience. The hosts were very kind, attentive and friendly and made us feel really welcome. The breakfast, prepared each day fresh by the hosts, was plentiful and varied. We were offered coffee for breakfast, but we missed the opportunity to prepare our own coffee, as there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. Also, the wifi connection was not very stable. Other than that, everything was great during our stay and we appreciate the hospitality of the hosts. Thank you!

Pancrazio is an amazing host, he gave us suggestions on restaurants and things to do in Naxos and Taormina. The rooms are great and the common areas are well decorated and welcoming. We really felt like we were at home.

As stated in other comments, noices from the train can be heard, but they can be removed from the equation as everything else is great. If you travel in the first days of september, they celebrate something and nearby you will have some music and fireworks that end after midnight. But this again, is not a minus for the property. Just an advice to do your research if you seek for silence at night.

The place is very cute and intimate and the host makes you feel so welcome. Everything was clean and in perfect shape. And they arranged breakfast for us earlier when we asked. Thanks for that! The location is well located, everything is walkable like the train station, the port, beaches. Even Taormina if you like walks. Also bus for Taormina is right in front of the property, but Naxos was way better for us.

Delicious breakfast every morning. The breakfast was a bit different every day so we had a lot of choice and food to try out. There was a local shop near, lot of restaurants and a coffee shop. The beach was 2 minutes walking distance. The staff was amazing, they made us feel at home :) . Pancrazio is incredibly nice, he always advised us what we could visit in the area and helped whenever we needed. We also had daily cleaning and towel change every other day. There is also a bus stop nearby from which you can get to the center of Taormina for 1.90 euros, the airport for 6 euros or other tourist destinations.

Only the position. It is cramped between a road and a train track, so if you have a ligt sleep its probably not the best. The first morning trains starts passing by your window around 5 am.

The hospitality was outstanding. The room was big, very nicely furnished and super clean. Tasty breakfast too.
