How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Not a thing
Our host was amazing and so helpful answering questions we had. Every day she messaged to ask if all was okay. Location perfect, supermarket below, apartment had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Location was excellent as were the facilities. Great to have a washing machine in house. Walking distance to the harbour and restaurants on the doorstep

Super neat apartment with a very helpful and passionate host. She gave us many tips (parking, visiting Cinque Terre and La Spezia). The apartment was very nicely decorated and super clean. Thank you!

Nothing could have been better! The place is absolutely stocked with SO much! It was perfection!
This was a fabulous location and we adored how welcomed we felt! So easy to access and our travels to Cinque Terra were super easy! This is close to the harbor and a true 15 minute walk to the train station. The beds were super comfy and the place was SPOTLESS! We were so comfortable! It was absolutely PERFECT! Please if you stay here heed all advise by your lovely host concerning where to eat! She is a wealth of information!!!!!

Great hostess!!! Very clean interior, even nicer than in the pictures. The property is very well equipped and very comfortable even for a family of 4. Daniela explains very thoroughly what to see in the area, what to try and what not to waste time on, all her tips worked perfectly. Ideal base for exploring Cinque Terre but also other surrounding areas. Very close to the Marina. There are hundreds of restaurants and bars in the area, everyone will find what they are looking for. I highly recommend this property, we will definitely return to it!!!

For me this was the fifth year in a row. As usual everything was perfectly arranged. There is a lot of information about La Spezia and surroundings available. Everything is clean and tidy. You are personally welcomed.

We had a great stay at the Inferno5 apartment. The apartment was very clean and bright and very well equipped. A short walk to the harbor and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. It is located with many restaurants in every direction you choose to explore and a good grocery market right around the corner. Our host Daniella was super nice, made sure we knew how everything worked in the apartment and also pointed out restaurants to try and places to visit. A great place to stay.

In the morning, the ceiling lights could be a bit bright.
The location of the apartment is great, and everything you need is present. The host was very friendly, and provided us with a lot of recommendations to discover the surrounding area. Bonus points for the personal touch of the apartment.

The flat is great, clean and well connected. The owner is very friendly and helped us a lot to pickup the keys even outside the checkin time (we had some traffic jam to reach the place).

While there were many things to appreciate about the place, there was one significant drawback. The noise from neighboring units proved to be quite disruptive during my stay. Despite the otherwise pleasant experience, this issue did affect the overall quality of my visit.
I had a fantastic stay at Interno5! Daniela was superb host, providing detailed explanations about everything. The accommodation was clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Plus, its convenient location within walking distance to both the bus and train stations made my travel experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Interno5 for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The apartment is exactly as the photos. It was very clean and tidy. The apartment is well located, a few meters from the main pedestrian street in La Spezia, and about 15-20 minutes from the train station. Daniela is a great host! She gave us loads of recommendations when we arrived.

The apartment is in the very Center. The only problem is that the surrounding streets are very noisy on weekends, till late. It is recommended to keep the windows closed.
Daniela is the best host we have ever met. Very kind and hospitable. She provided a lot of useful suggestions about what to do during our vacation. We really felt home!

Not a single thing that we didn’t like.
The apartment had all the facilities that made out stay easier and nicer. It was super comfy, with all those little things (like coffee, higiene accessories, little sth for breakfast) that made us feel as if we were home.

This was the third time I stayed at Interno 5. Everything was perfect in my expectation. The hostess is very friendly. She does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable. All resources as listed on the website are available. The residence is located right in the city center.

We were 4 friends sharing the apartment. It was big enough for all of us and super clean! Daniela welcomed us on arrival and provided us with all the information we needed as well as recommendations of where to eat and what to do on the area! Can highly recommend! Supermarket right next door as well as great local restaurants!
