Everything was OK! 😃

We jad a very pleasent stay at this place, and the owner was very responsibe and helpfull and most importantly responds very fast. The place is clean and descent, and is located very near a bus stop. We got the breakfast which we had every morning was just across the street and wqs simple but delicious, a morning cofee and a 🥐. All in all it was a good family stay, helpfull staff and owner!

We couldn’t find any glasses or water in the kitchen (we were told that there is filtered water).

It was clean, we came late so we didn’t spend too much time inside. It was ok. It is a room in the apartment.

The place was really great. Host was very friendly. I worked couple of days from the apartment which was ok due to fast internet :) The room had a nice balcony with view of below street. The cafe below serves good breakfast (croissant and cappuccino or something similar)

Dark stairways

It was walkable to the city in 15 minutes it's a regular neigbourhood. If your on a budget it's a good place to stay in Bari, there is no staff at the property. The owner is very nice, and available for contact. For the price the accommodation is good and the balcony is very nice, it gives you a local feeling.

I think that some more attention should be given to vacuum the room better.

It is a really nice place, comfortable and located in a very good location. Many cafes, restaurants and shops in the area, at around 35 minutes walk away from the old town city center. The staff are very well organized, communicative, all the necessary information about the check-in was provided in time. They cleaned the room twice during my stay and each time towels were changed.

Location is 20 min walk from train and 40 min walk from old town but you can easily take a bus. My room had a small window on top of the door (unlike any other rooms) so every time someone came in at 1 - 2 am and turned on the lights, my room lit up too. I have a sleeping mask so it wasn’t an issue for too long.

Very good choice for this area although a bit away from the center and main attractions. Much more adequate for larger groups as it can easily accommodate a lot of people.

I arrived to find no way of accessing the property. The door bell did not work and the two phone numbers supplied did not connect, even for the local taxi driver. Later when messaging with the host I was told that I should have proof that I was there - a video! She said people lie! When I mentioned that the bell just made a continuous ringing sound she said that it had been broken for 3 days. I would only know this if I had been at the door trying to get someone's attention! The 'host' also said that I should not have rung the bell as it was not part of the instructions. She also said that her friend's husband was outside and did not see anyone at the door!! Another inference that I was not truthful. Suggested that in future I should stay at a hotel. This is the first and only bad experience through Booking.com and I certainly hope to get a full refund. A very unpleasant experience after a long day of travel. I am an older woman who was travelling solo and it was very difficult to find alternative, reasonably priced accommodation at such short notice.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It was spotlessly clean, truly one of the cleanest accommodations we've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely wonderful – very organised, kind, and sweet. From the very beginning, everything was clearly communicated and perfectly arranged. You can tell she really cares about her guests. Her team was also very professional and helpful whenever we needed something. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

To far from the city center, ~40 minutes of walk, public transportation is a must. Not available cleaning service during our stay. Facility’s equipment and furniture old and worn.

The property is in a nice neighborhood, a bit far from the center but that’s one of the things we liked- living close to the locals, exploring small cafés. The place was very good. It was clean, comfortable beds and was spacious. We really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Bari!
