Very clean, stunning location with a short walk to Malcesine. Beautiful views all around the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, buffet style continental breakfast. The staff were incredible, very helpful and couldn’t be more accommodating to us. Nothing seemed like too much to ask for them. They all had exceptional local knowledge. Thank you!

The chairs legs were not glued with felt and we have a visit of a guest from the floor below that he heard it every night.

The breakfast was great, many things and you could it on fresh air with the view of the lake and mountains. The room was not big but had a balcony and the view at the morning was great. Good localization, nice staff. Buy the tickets to Monte Baldo by internet!

Everything about this hotel was great. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Excellent location to walk to the beach, town, castle and cable car. Staff helpful and friendly. Room fantastic view of lake and mountains. Best bathroom window view ever! Exceptional breakfast. Loved the infinity pool. Good car parking in on site garage

If I had to really try and think of a critique the only tiny thing I would mention is the absence of a full length mirror in the room - and I’m just being really picky. Everything else was perfect

Everything! Location was perfect for exploring The lake view was stunning from the pool and from our room ( room 107) very reasonable priced drinks for around the pool and a nice breakfast. Staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome Danny and Alex in-particular!

Breakfast could have more choice of food, but this is just our personal feeling. Othervise everything was tasty and good. Pool closes at 7pm.

Nothing. The hotel was superb. Bed could have been more comfy but I still slept very well during my stay.

The location of the hotel to Malcesine town centre was a 10 minute walk so extremely convenient for our stay. Gloria and all staff at Hotel Internazionale were friendly and very helpful with all questions either myself or my partner had asked. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel. The pool had gorgeous views of Lake Garda and the room was ideal as a base whilst we explored Malcesine and Lake Garda. Would come back to this hotel again! Parking garage under the Hotel was extremely handy as me and my partner rented a car during our stay as we were in Malcesine for a wedding.

The buffet breakfast was fine 8am until 10am but we did notice that when things ran out they were not replaced even if it was only just after 9am. Some people do like to have a lie in which would mean there wasn't much left if they came down later for breakfast..

We loved the location, the views from the bedroom over the lake and the swimming pool overlooking the lake was fabulous. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very small, difficult to fit inside, very uncomfortable unfortunately. The lift was not working after 10.30 pm. We were not informed about it and not written in anywhere. We had to carry our bags by ourselves through stairs at night time. Btw, be aware also, there is no one at reception after 10.30 pm.

The lake view of the room was good. Breakfast was normal, not bad, not good.
