Great location, 400m from village center, free underground parking which was great! Room is spacious, clean and nice wc/bathroom, would benefit from larger panel for toiletry bag. Comfortable bed, friendly staff (not all speak english). Good value for money.

The water at the shower was not too hot, and took time to have it warmed up. I could hear the other rooms as well, or when someone did something in the bathroom.

The staff was very very kind and attentive, we quickly built a good relation genuinely. The room was spacious, had a balcony as well. The location is OK, it's not too far from the train station, and it is very close to the center and to the lake as well. From the balcony I could actually see the lake and Monte Isola as well, even if it was on the 1st floor. The breakfast was nice, and the catering ladies are really lovely and welcoming. The room has a nice desk and enough space to have the bags available, and I liked the lamps as well, it was cozy. The bed and the pillow was comfy as well.

Seems to be family run hotel. Mostly very friendly but sometimes the service could be a bit abrupt verging on confrontational. I think it is a cultural thing of the area / region as it was similar to other hotels that I stayed at prior to here.

Room was very big and also a good size bathroom and shower. Also extremely clean! Breakfast was a standard offering of cereal, croissants, yoghurts, cheese and hams. Coffee very good too

Slight issue with back of hotel being next to an active railway, which meant some noise at early hours of the morning. Not hugely intrusive though.

Slightly outdated repair, weak sound insulation (a railway track under the window), small shower cabin. Breakfast had not very extensive options, there were not enough vegetables, fruits - a little, but a lot of pastries and sweets. Selection of cheeses - great indeed. Black coffee - instant and not very good quality, but they can prepare cappuccino - it was good. We expected a bit better quality breakfast and newer room's reparation for 140 euros per night.

Good location, close to lake, train station, big supermarket. Friendly staff. Fair room and bathroom size, AC worked well. Good window view: whether lake or mountains :)

No duvet, only very thin bed sheets. It's probably a personal preference, but I can't sleep comfortably with only thin sheets covering me. Plus, I was a bit cold. The whole hotel lacked light. I stayed in 3 different hotels in the Iseo area, and this one was the only one with these problems. The price was too high for what we got.

Would have liked some kind of bar and bar food so you could eat at Hotel, this would have added to the excellent service and hotel location.

Location and room views was excellant, room was very comfortable, clean and fresh facilities daily. The staff were always available and friendly. Although the breakfast was very good if you werent down early enough there was no fresh bread cut.
