CroatiaThe hotel is stuck in some past times. It needs renovation and modernization. When arriving by car, there is no place to unload your belongings in front of the hotel. When you get to the reception desk, they give you a lot of quick information that you don't even have time to remember, and immediately charge everything they can charge in advance; deposit for SKI locker, parking garage... You get one ski locker for two people. There is little space for that, and every day my friend and I struggled to store ski equipment inside. There are bad signs and explanations for the SKI area, as well as for the buses that lead to the ski resort and the city center. The window in the room could not be opened in any direction, and there was a warning on it that it should not be opened. Likewise, the safe in my room could not be opened in any way, in order to store documents in it. There is not a single glass in the rooms. The food in the hotel is average; for the breakfast and for the dinner. Although there seems to be a lot of it, it is tasteless and poorly prepared. Both at breakfast and at dinner, what is missing is not supplemented; for example milk or juice. The sauna and pool are contemporary and modern, just as they should be, but... The saunas are a mess. They are full of people talking loudly, making phone calls, recording, even in spaces that should be quiet zones. The two ladies, who are supposed to supervise the space and establish order, do not do that. There are no house rules either. People enter saunas with slippers, some fully clothed, and some completely naked... There is no order or regulation. This is not appropriate for a four star hotel as it is shown.
The advantages of this hotel are the staff and cleanliness. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are excellently cleaned. There are enough clean towels in the room every day. The hotel garage is spacious and great for parking. The SPA area is modern and large, but it is necessary to introduce order in the behavior of the users.

SlovakiaThe hotel is a bit older, and it looks a bit used. It consists of several interconnected parts and it can take time to get from the room to the restaurant, ski depot or parking place. Temperature in the rooms was really high, it looks like they are not saving the cost on that. There were no glasses in the rooms.

BelgiumThe photos of the rooms on Booking.com do not reflect reality. We understand that hotels age, but the location of our rooms was unacceptable. Situated at the very top of the complex, in the furthest section, they were difficult to access with our ski luggage, especially with the absence of an elevator. We felt like we were relegated to a less privileged section due to our Booking.com reservation. Cleanliness was adequate, but a refresh of the rooms would be necessary. For example, one of the toilets had a broken seat attachment, which was very inconvenient. The swimming pool is an asset, but the obligation to wear flip-flops was not mentioned during booking. The hotel takes advantage of this by charging a rental fee on site, which is petty. The buffet offered a varied selection, but the food was often lukewarm, if not cold, even when arriving early. More concerning, three members of our family became ill (indigestion), as did other guests. The hotel cited a viral epidemic in Livigno, but local pharmacies deny this claim. Despite these issues, Livigno remains a charming destination with a superb ski area. Positive points: - Livigno and its ski area - Adequate cleanliness of the rooms Negative points: - Rooms were remote and poorly located - Misleading photos on Booking.com - Lack of room maintenance - Mandatory paid flip-flops for the pool - Lukewarm food and indigestion problems - Hotel's explanation for digestive problems unconfirmed by local pharmacies. We hope this review helps future travelers make an informed choice
Our recent stay at the Hotel Intermonti in Livigno was mixed. While the resort and ski area are beautiful, our experience at the hotel was disappointing.

There was 1 working electric plug in the room. The room was next to the main door on the ground floor = door slamming until 11pm and then again from 6am doesnt let one sleep. Designated smoking area right at our window. The room 213 should not be offered to guests at all! (Yes, we did complain and asked for change. Not successful)

United Kingdomeven though they have a great spa facility, they don’t offer a bathrobe to all hotel guests (it is only provided for those staying in designer rooms) which I found quite strange for a hotel advertised as 4*. You can’t even get one for an extra cost. On the same note you’d expect them to have slippers but they don’t, they do offer the option of flip flops for an extra cost (3 euros). so if you want to use the spa facility comfortably bring your own robe and slippers. It is advertised as a ski in ski out, however you do need to walk for some 7 minutes before skiing down to the closest lift. the hotel looks dated and the corridors are quite intricate. I don’t think the price reflects the quality of services and facilities.
