The hot water didn't work on the first day, then they fixed it, but in one of the rooms, the shower barely had any hot water. It also lacked a microwave and some basic kitchen utensils.

The price to pay raised at the moment of the payment, without considering that they only accept cash and they take advantage of it asking for more money. It was very disappointing the way they handled the payment.

The location of the apartment was at another address nearby, while at the mentioned address you log in via the intercom. Communication with the owner was bad, while the worker who took us to the apartment was kind. The room was not like the pictures.

Big issue was the check in because they accept only CASH! I had a limit on withdrawal per day and they wanted the full amount finally I managed with my bank to increase the limit. To be honest I do not remember any warnings about paying cash only during the reservation. I think booking.com should emphasize it. The bed was not very comfortable especially the pillow was a small disaster.

it was actually a room in a big apartment converted into B&B accommodation neighbouring Vatican. There were plenty nice and not expensive restaurants in the neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The room was quite spacious and had all basic comfort including a small fridge. All B&B was very clean. There is a metro station nearby. The area is mostly residential, a bit boring but quiet and safe.

The bathroom needs to be cleaned. I mean the door from inside to be cleaned very good!

Comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean floor, shampoo, soap. There is a TV but I did need it. Good location for those who want to visit Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. It will take only 10 minutes to get to the Vatican Museums entrance. Cipro metro station is 5-7 minutes away from this place. I needed it last time I visited Rome and paid 2,50 € to clean 2 shirts in one day. Also, there is a laundry not so far for those who might need it and a Bistro where you can have a very tasty breakfast.

and it turned out to be not a hotel, but once there was an apartment and a house there - these are the people who live in it and it’s just that here, from a Big five-room apartment, it was converted into rooms with amenities and that’s all. I advise you not to take breakfast because it will be a croissant with coffee and that’s it, and you have to go across the street to a neighboring restaurant from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning, it’s not located in this room, so you definitely shouldn’t take it. I didn’t expect anything from this room; for me, the price and location came first, so of course, for that kind of money you don’t expect anything special there.

at the booking.com was statement, that check-in is possible from 13:00, but there is a note on the entance door, that check-in after 15:00. We had to wait, until a lady (Employee??) came. Little bit chaos with check-in...

kitchen lacking the basic tools for preparing breakfast (except a tea boiler) or even open a bottle of wine, apparently due to COVID..., the provided towels weren't satisfactory. Walls too thin (guests with kids didn't control the volume of their voices, at midnight isn't nice...)

The bathroom can be cleaned better. Cleaning the area is not so difficult and tricky. The whole bathroom is white and therefore you can really see the spots. But the rest of the room was fine.

Thin walls, you can hear everything from every side of the room. Also the person who let us in was 40m late after the owner promised to let us inside in 5m. Probably was screaming at the lady as she clearly did not want to be there in the first place. The whole experience was pretty disappointing.

Surprisingly clean and the breakfast with the nearby bakery was excellent. Air conditioning works.

The air con remote wasn't there, so the owner has to use the neighbours one and therefore air con was on all night and day. You can only pay in cash, which wasn't agreed on the time of booking.

Good value for the money. Bit far but pretty close to metro so the city center is pretty easy to get to. we even walked back home one day and took us like an hour or so from Trastevere. Would recommend if you are with your friends and wanna save on place you are staying at as you only use it for sleepover.

Construction worker turned off the hot water to the room. It was unnoticed by the staff, and thus I did not have warm water in the room. I stayed for 1 night, and I was too tired to mention/complain to the owner.

Easy communication with owner. Could store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Location is near Vatican Museum entrance.

No balcony as advertised, location was quite far from Rome centre. Waited for City Tax refund for over 2 weeks, was promised it would be left in room but it wasn’t, had to chase over what’s app messages, was asked to create Iban account money still not refunded!
