Maybe a photo of the entrance would be a nice addition, we were a bit confused by the text sent at first. Also I noticed the walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom.

There was a common terrace outside our windows from where you could see inside the room, as there were no thicker curtains. Shower could have been cleaned better but it was ok.

The design of the room was nice. The place was clean. The instructions for self check-in were clear and the host answered quickly. Location is relatively close to the train station and to bus stops to Citta alta and the airport, which was what we were looking for. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

AC was "locked" on 21celsius. Pillows were too thick. View was to the next door construction site from the windows.

The breakfast served in a nearby cafe was very simple, you could only choose between toast or croissant. The photo of the food on the accommodation website on booking is very misleading and the real offer is much poorer. The accommodation does not offer the possibility to store luggage in lagguage room after check-out. The nearest luggage storage available is at the bus station, which is very impractical. The lamp on the bedside table in the room did not work and there were no spoons available for the mugs.

Possibility of earlier check-in at the accommodation very appreciated and the communication with the accommodation operator very helpful and efficient. Accommodation is not expensive.

Missed hooks for towels, clothes,etc. Also trashbins in all the rooms. Also, the intoduction text said some things that were missing, eg waterbottle (would have been nice, since arrival was very late).

Partially our mistake as we didn't realise that the bedroom had shutters. The crane lights disturbed out sleep as they were pointed directly into the room.

Self check-in was good as we arrived very early in the morning. The breakfast was in a great location and we enjoyed it.

It was a little difficult to find at first (great help with Google maps and instructions provided), especially at dark - so a bigger sign at the entrance of the property would be helpful.

Lovely place to stay - nicely decorated, warm and cozy despite winter weather. Very good communication with Chiara, she was very helpful, providing all information needed. We could check in earlier which was much appreciated! Easy and straightforward check in and check out. Perfect location - walking distance to the train station or airport bus. All clean and comfortable. Really good find for a reasonable price!

Very noisy especially from the street below, and extremely loud music at midnight on one occasion. Building work going on opposite that starts at 7 am. Shower needs refreshing as black all around the tray. Breakfast is at a local cafe with limited selection. Wifi code in room would be helpful.

Location was ok about 15 minute walk from the station and 20 minutes to Fenicular . The room was as described and extra pillows were provided upon request.Concerns were actioned speedily by staff even though there was no reception. Room was available early which was greatly appreciated. Plentiful supply of towels.

With good location also comes noise, there is some construction opposite which started at 7am. Just as information, Breakfast is not buffet but rather a choice of a savoury or sweet item and a drink at a closeby cafe

The location was good, since the start of the Giro di Lombardia was nearby. Parking was close by. Check in was effortless with instructions from the host.
