Perfectly clean and easily accessible from the Airport. Just a direct bus away. The staff were very helpful in sending checkin and key acquiring instructions. Highly would recommend.

The pillows were hard and incovenient. Also there were no extra ones. The lamp on the side table was burnt off. In the bathroom there were not enough hooks for the towels.

The communication was immediate and perfect. The property is as presented in the web-site. It is a basic room near both the center and the high way.

Good option for a short stay if you arrive to Bergamo very late.

"Double bed" are the two single beds pushed together with separate matraces, so you can easy drop on the floor. The laminated boards are on the bathroom floor, so it will not last long due to humidity. Also, it's not very clean.

Patul era dublu însă cu 2 saltele lipite, au fost comode oricum. The bed was for 2 persons but it had 2 mattresses. We slept well, anyway.

Locația (foarte aproape de gară și de autogară) și curățenia. Location (8 min walk from the train station - connection with Milan and bus station - connection with the airport Orio al Serio), the room was clean.

The only thing that bothered us about our room was the smell of cigarettes when we first walked in. We tried to get rid of it by having the window open, but it wouldn’t go away. Not sure if we got room for smokers or if we someone who stayed before us smoked there against the rules.

It is conveniently located: walking distance from the train station and close to restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and clean.

Everything was fine. Clean room with kettle and cups. Clean and nice bathroom. TV. Small balcony. Close to station and Cita Alta - around 20 minutes by foot. Carrefour near (3 minutes). I recommend.

We had trouble finding the entrance to the "hotel" as there is no reception or easy to find door. Also we tried to call to get the code to the entry but our US phones wouldn't connect with the hotel. Once inside though, the rooms were fine.

Those who are 2 couples - remember there is no living room, two separate bedrooms only. Beds are not of best quality, the walls are quite thin and the ventilation in the bathroom is dancingcia cia cia here and there

Very convenient and easy for self check in. Very nice surroundings, quiet neighbourhood, it was nice and tidy. You’ll get towels and other amenities, there is a kettle with tea and cups.

Didn't receive check in instructions until after 3pm so had to pay for data to retrieve them. Would have appreciated receiving 24 hours in advance. The process was simple though once received.

The breakfast is minimum and the hosts sends the check in information only on the day of the stay around lunch time, which was very inconvenient as we were in transit to Italy and I only saw the messages when arrived. Also, they need to know what you want for breakfast and you have to tell them until 7pm. I obvs didn’t see it until much later when I landed. No parking for loading / unloading luggage.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The windows had a wooden blackout and it was great. We only stayed for one night and it served us very well.
