No negatives about the property but the location is obviously short on parking, we were able to find space in the carpark at the end of the harbour.

The location was ideal, the breakfast was freshly prepared fruit, yogurt and homemade granola and an impressive range of fresh pastries, exceptional🙂

The location was exceptional: right in the middle of the city surrounded by great restaurants and bars (and the pier). Lovely room and the absolute best breakfast we have had during our stay in Toscana. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Super central location, literally in the historical city centre of Portoferraio. Cute apartment renovated in a nice BnB. Clean and comfy. Very good breakfasts too.

Breakfast - claustrophobic. I’m not sociable at that time in a morning - some may like it, but too close for me. It’s a B& B though so that’s what one gets.

Great location - bang in the heart of charming & historic Portoferraio. Clean, good facilities, great hosts. A smooth check in. Lots of local info with recommendations that checked out. Bathroom & bed both well done for comfortable stay - very nice with high quality products. My room had a small balcony, overlooking local street. A/C, fridge, coffee maker, & plenty of water from main kitchen. Quiet, good sleep & perfect for the ferries.

It was very easy to find and to access. The room was very thoughtfully equipped and furnished and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the owners friendly and accommodating.

The property is located in the center of portoferraio. The facility is 100% comfy, relax and clean. You can smell the aroma of acqua dell’alba everywhere. The staff is amazing and welcoming.

Parking was a problem. We thought we were parking in the area directed, but must not have as we received a parking ticket. We had no idea how to pay it and, it seemed, neither did the proprietor. Better directions on where to park would be great.

Access to the b&b was on the second floor with steep stairs. A bit tough to get the luggage up

Very personal and charming style. The room and bathroom were really nice. Breakfast was served by the owners wife and was like being a guest in a home. The food was varied and good quality. The location was right in the middle of the restaurant district but still the room was quiet at night.

Slight downside to central location is how loud it can be! But I think we were there during some kind of music festival so it was probably unusual. The windows are double glazed so we were still able to sleep but with the windows open it was very loud! We also thought there might have been two seats on the balcony for us both to sit but there was only one.

Breakfast was delicious with a really wide offer of food and lovely coffee. The bed was insanely comfy and the room and bathroom spacious and clean. Aircon was great. Location is superb. Hosts super welcoming, friendly, and great communicators.

Free parking for your car requires a ten minute walk from the bnb. The hosts will give you information about various places where you can park your car for free.

We had a fantastic stay of a week at this bnb. Perfectly located right at the main town square among nice restaurants and the marina, the hosts have really gone out of their way to create a beautiful place to spend your days on the island of Elba. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms, fitted with airconditioning and spacious bathroom. The host prepared a generous breakfast featuring everything from croissants, various cakes, fresh fruits, cereals and great cappuccino. We were offered great advice for trips, nearby beaches and restaurant recommandations. We can't recommend this place enough!

We could not have asked for a better stay. The location was perfect, a 10ish minute walk from the ferry so we didnt need a car, right on the square with all the restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, so delicious with many options. The bed was SO comfortable, I took a photo of the sheets they were so soft. The whole place was tasteful with so many little touches to make it attractive, homey, and comfortable. What a perfect place. The owner is amazing, so accommodating, she allowed us to check in early, leave our stuff all day after check out (for no fee) and come back before our ferry to pick it up. My only regret is we didnt stay longer
