The only thing I might add here is the lack of paper/textil hand-towel in the shower for hand-washing.

Our host was absolutely helpful and very kind. He showed and explained us everything clearly. The accomodation is in PERFECT destination from everything you might want to visit in the Old Town. The style of the accomodation was just icing on the cake - elegant and beautiful, really having Opera-interior vibes. The breakfast was also alright. Was 100% satisfied.

Burned out light bulbs. Checking in was odd as there was no way to get into the place - you had to call the host first.

Make sure to make your reservations in good time. We made it in the last minute, and they didn't see it before we arrived. That meant there were no staff to let us in.

Very serviceminded staff, helping out with everything. Great location. Walking distance to the Arena, tourist information and train station. Nice restaurants nearby. My kid wants me to write: Great breakfast, with muffins, pie, croissant, juice and omelette.

Nothing, everything was dirty and the staff was disoriented. The breakfast was third-world and dirty. They tricked us with the parking offer; at the last minute, they told us there was no space and we had to leave it on the street. A lie.

The room and the bathroom are not connected. You have to use a public corridor to get to the bathroom. This is not very convenient, especially with children if they want to use the toilets at night. Moreover we choose this place because the parking place was included in the price, and the landlord told us just after we could not cancel anymore that the parking place was not available after all, with no commercial gesture to compensate.

There is nothing i didn't like.

The check in was easy, Michael was very informative, presentable, friendly, always available to help, he never stops cleaning, always smiling, always greeting new guests, and happy with his job, you need to praise this man ❤️🙏 The apartment was very clean, bed comfortable, android tv, water always in the kitchen, clean bathroom, unlimited coffee, fridge to store stuff, good choice of breakfast, elevator took our luggage to the 6th floor, good views of the city, 2 minute walk into the city, 10 minute walk from the train station. Thank you Michael for a pleasant stay :)

If I have to mention something, one of the beds was quite hard, but this is just a personal opinion.

Lovely location, very colse to public transport and walking distance from Arena di Verona . The room was big , clean and cosy . The breakfast was decent, good coffee and pleasant staff.

The price was a bit high but we were in the center of Verona.

The man who ran the place was really helpful and kind. He provided us with a great buffet breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. It was pretty basic but all our needs were met.
