The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are new and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of fresh options. The staff is extremely kind and helpful – a special thanks to Alessandro at the reception. He made everything easy to arrange and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Free parking is available on site, and the rooms are equipped with modern TVs that allow logging into Netflix or YouTube, which is a great touch. Very good value for money. The hotel is not located in the city center, but the bus stop is right in front of the building, and it takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach the center. Highly recommended!

If I had to find fault, it would be that hotel is outside of city with no shops/restaurants within short walking distance. Bus stop outside the hotel and 25 minute ride to central station.

Fabulous Hotel, very clean, facilities, staff and breakfast great. Room was good size, liked the coffee/tea in the room. Bed very comfortble, loads of sheets/bedding. Shower and bathroom fabulous. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel, we stayed for one night after a long trip. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy, the stuff are polite and helpful. There is a lift. In the morning we had a breakfast for additional payment, it was so delicious, highly recommended. If you arrive at weekend, the laundry is not working, but there is a laundromat 5 minutes away by car.

The hotel is not very close to the centre (but the 25 bus is a dependable way of getting there in 15 to 20 minutes). You won't find many exciting restaurants around (and in the week we were staying at Bleis Hotel, the hotel restaurant was not working). Again, nothing that cannot be rectified using the bus :)

The hotel is great value, with welcoming and very helpful staff, in a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with A/C and a pleasant bathroom. Breakfast is very good with many options to choose from, and when the self-service coffee machine misbehaves, the staff are quick to replace not-so-perfect cappuccinos with perfect ones made using the hotel's machine.

The atmosphere is excellent and the staff clearly like what they do. Everything we had to eat was perfect and just the way we like it. The rooms were really nice and the beds good. We will be back to Bleis hotel on our next stay in Bologna.

It s far from the centre town, but the bus takes you right there. About the room, didn’t like the fact that the window was facing the street and you could be seen from outside.

It was very clean, super cozy, the personal was very kind. We found in camera all the stuff that we needed and the breakfast was very good, rich and the details off the room and hotel are very well chosen

The area was a bit dodgy, it is right next to a prison and there were some drunks in the area. The didn’t bother you, but if you take the bus, you will notice. Again, no problems, just to keep in mind.

Everything is likable about it, specially all the staff working there. They will go beyond to make your stay better. From the little notes in your room and on the tables, to the food and drinks, everything is enjoyable.

What a find! This hotel was very good value, so much so that we worried that it was too good to be true. We arrived there and it was by far the nicest hotel we'd stayed in over our 10 day trip to Northern Italy - many of these other hotels had cost three times the price! Our room was in the annex and so we suspect these might be the better rooms, but not sure as we didn't see the others. It was lovely! Tasteful, fresh and clean. Very well equipped. Everything taken care of. The hotel is located at the edge of Bologna but the 25 bus is very regular and reliable - just a 2 minute walk away. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room but if I understood correctly - you'd get charged (like mini fridge items) if you used it. Seems a bit ridiculous for coffee - maybe some amount of capsules could be given and charged if more were requested? Location is a bit further from the centre but very easy to get to it with public transport so not really a problem:)

Very good price for what you get. All the staff members we met were super friendly. The room was spacious, pretty, clean and had all needed amenities. Really great breakfast! Would definitely come back:)
