We had a couple of issues with letting ourselves in as everything is automatic and done by code. Automatic lights were turning on/off on their own, codes weren’t being recognised etc. This wasn’t major but could get frustrating. Also, all advertising is for an apartment and it wasn’t very clear that our room was only a standard double room. I would make this clearer too.

Incredibly well located, room was to a very high standard, great facilities and very helpful host who gave us advice on where to go and visit.

Very clean, modern, new property. Toiletries and coffee machine available in the room. Communication also through WhatsApp worked perfectly well. Possibility to leave our trolley in nearby coffee house was much appreciated. Excellent location.

we would have loved to have a bit more quiet time in the morning, unfortunately sometimes if many people rent the rooms- it can get a bit noisy since the walls are not very thick. It is not impossible, but it depends of the guests if they might find it annoying

Ah, when we arrived there was a little mix up and the flat was not done up for the next tenant, us, but as we arrived, the owner was following us via text and a quick message to her had the person who cleans the flat arriving about 15 minutes later. Shortly thereafter the owner arrived too. We took a walk for an hour (fun!) and came back to a spotless flat. Nice.

The location was great. Easy walk along the sea to the old town. Had the good fortune to be in Bari for a farmer's market. Bought handmade orecchietti, base for sauce, some terrific spices and aromatics and Barese cheese! Yes, parma cheese is buttery and wonderful but the cheese these folks are making down here in southern Italy is another animal! Has some spice to it. So good. We cooked ourselves dinner because the flat had a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, olive oil, salt, etc.

The location is very good. Тhe apartment is clean and spacious enough for two people. Тhe owners are friendly and communication with them is quick and efficient. Check-in is quick and easy.

The design of the shower resulted in the bathroom getting wet when using full pressure. A small problem as the shower was great!
