Great location, super friendly host (even helped with my heavy luggage up the 3 floors, which is greatly appreciated!!) We even had the opportunity to use the washing machine - a great surprise :)

Very good location close to the centre of Florence but not too crowded with lots of restaurant options on the street. Host was very accommodating when we made a last minute change to our booking and was very nice and helpful!!! Highly recommended staying here.

Everything was good

This place was really great. The host was amazing and also very helpful when we needed a doctor. The room and shared bathroom was very clean. They did some basic cleaning during the day while we were out. There was a kitchen with all the basic necessities, aswell as a washing machine. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again :)

The room and the shared space is quite clean, the staff is quite friendly. I would definitely recommend it to other friends.

The host was absolutely amazing and super helpful and nice

The bed was really bad, terrible, for one night is ok for more you start waking up in the midle of the night unconfortable. They did change the matress to anotherone in a different room, it was better but also not good. If they would improve that I would stay again, but also the price is not cheap for how bad the bed was :(

Perfect location, cooking facilities, very kind host

The location was the perfect spot, near so many great restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to all the main attractions. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Lovely stay, fantastic location, close to everything!

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a double bed, a desk, chair, a wardrobe, a small sofa and an entire bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet. The location could not be any better. It is situated 3 min away from the train station (Firenze SMN) and 10 min walk from the Dome/City center. The street is full with restaurants, bars, ice cream places, souvenir shops, a few small grocery stores. The hop-on-hop-off bus stop is 3 min away on foot. The central market is 2 min away. The guesthouse is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so be careful if you’re travelling with big sized luggages. 63 steps.

This was a great place to stay. The host communicated expertly and gave clear instructions on how to reach the property. We received a brief and helpful orientation when we arrived. The location is prime--just a few blocks from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station, and on one of the less noisy streets for this popular part of town. Our room faced the back of the property, overlooking a quiet courtyard/parking area that included several trees. There is a handy common area with coffee, tea, and a spot to do cooking and wash laundry if needed (there is also a laundromat down the street if you want to wash and dry several loads). Everything was clean--room, bathroom, and common area. The room had a comfortable bed with cozy linens, and the huge bath towels provided were a nice touch. The bathroom seemed to be recently renovated and had a great shower. In all, the whole experience went well, and I highly recommend this property and its host.

Location close to the station, AC in the room, use of the laundry, they have a key system to where on the last day you can leave your luggage and then you have a set of keys to get into the main area to pick up your luggage anytime. Room was clean.

The property is technically 3 floors up but it’s like really 6 1/2 floors. So just keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. I had a small carry on but even that was a mission and the host helped me with it going up. Every night after coming up, you walk all those steps which I did not look forward to. I stayed somewhere else where it was 3 floors total. Not 6 half floors. Just something to be aware of as I went in with a different idea of how much climbing i was prepared to do. There is only 1 bathroom so just be aware of that if it happens to be busy, might be a little bit inconvenient. Luckily I was a solo traveler with weird hours so I slept in a day and left really early another and I also got home late another so I was using it mostly off peak times but I can see how it might not work out so well for others. There is only 1 outlet I could find in the room and it was by the door which was weird. Luckily I carry 1 -6ft cord so I was able to use my phone while charging but I didn’t have another one so I had to swap out devices every day and rotate to be able to charge it to where it didn’t pull the plus from the outlet due to how short my other cables were. Inconvenient. Check in took a while and it was a lot of rules and instructions. A little overwhelming for me as I didn’t want to forget/do anything wrong/against the rules. Maybe just write it down and post it in the room or around the location the rule applies to. I stayed at another similar type of place and check in was quick with little to no rules aside from just check out time reminder. This place had such high reviews so I was a little surprised that IMO it did not necessarily live to that level of review. It was a decent stay for someone on a budget but next time I will be more careful and not be swayed by others opinions (maybe they are outdated) and be more inspecting and asking questions so I am fully aware of the situation I am walking into.

Host was incredibly helpfull. Map of the area, recommendations, even lending an umbrella for the rain. The room was well prepared, clean and the bed was comfortable. Even if the bathroom was shared, never had a problem using it when needed.

Everything. Location was fantastic, right in the city centre very close to the Duomo. Roble was incredible, super helpful, lent us his umbrella for 3 days, let us keep our luggage almost the entire day after checkout, gave us suggestions, he was amazing.

Wasn’t a problem for us but the staircase to the Accomodation might be tough for people with reduced mobility.

The room was located a couple of blocks from the train station and the central market. The host communicated very well and met us at the building to give us keys to the room. He is friendly and offered suggestions for activities in Florence. Excellent food options in the immediate vicinity.
