Secure parking, great a/c, personal welcome and orientation by the host, common area with snacks, coffee maker. A 10 minute drive to the beach at Ostia for drinks and dinner. Unfortunately Ostia Antica is closed on Mondays, but it’s very close if you are there another day.

Loved every aspect of this property.

Beautiful property with onsite gated parking. Room was tastefully decorated and the common area was very attractive. The breakfast was fabulous and best of all the hostess Monica was wonderfully vivacious. We highly recommend Il Viandante, it’s nothing short of perfect!

Nothing, all exceeded my expectations. Everything was well organized and very clean. Breakfast was plenty and i didn't eat everything that was offered.

Everything was perfect for my next day flight from FCO. The hostess shared her family dinner and it was deliciously healthy. She was even willing to drop off 3 postcards to my granddaughters since I couldn't get to the post office during the week. Overall, she was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to my messages.

35 euro taxi ride was fine. Although I arrived at 2.00am the instructions for access were perfect. The hostess had kindly left some cake incase I was hungry which I wasn´t until I saw the cake. The accommodation was quirty and modern. I just loved everything about it. I would definitely go back´. The host took me back to the airport the next morning. I really dont know what the area would be like for a holiday but for a stopover it was amazing

I can't think of a thing. Silly squeaky bathroom door? Maybe a bathroom night light? Minor for all the pluses.

The apartment was well equipped, decorated nicely and informative. The hostess was helpful, friendly and went beyond expectations. The bed was comfortable with air conditioning. The breakfast was ample and could be personalized. I wish we were there longer. We were able to get to the airport easily, which was a big plus early in the morning. One of the best stays we have ever had

A convenient and relaxing place to stay before a long flight home. Monica, the host, was so welcoming, my room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, lovely garden to sit in, an airport shuttle and great dinner recommendation down the road. All fantastic. Given the convenience to the airport, there was very little aircraft noise.

Monica and her husband were very nice people. They went out of there was to help us to the airport. She tried the uber and taxi but no one was available. Monika went above and beyond to help us out with airport pickup, drop-off, and dinner suggestions, even with a few hours notice. We were leaving very early for the airport, and she even prepared us sandwiches to go... The place itself is very close to the airport, very clean, and everything was very well thought of.

The flow in the shower is a bit weak, but this must be a typical problem for the area.

The location is convenient, about 10 minutes by car from the airport. inside a residential neighborhood. The apartment is quite spacious and very comfortable. Everything is clean and the stay is pleasant. Above all Monica and her husband - helpful, considerate. They took care of us for a taxi at a fair price from the airport, and on the way back her husband drove us. The breakfast was also ok. It is a good choice and full value for the price. Communication is very convenient.
