There was no kettle and the fridge did not work. It was basically impossible to sleep because of the noise from outside but that was to be expected when staying in the city.

Was good value for money, staff were helpful in getting us a taxi in the morning. Was situated close to the tram so city centre was easily accessible. Did the job for the one night we stayed.

Excelent position - might be a little loud if you sleep with open window, but this is the city you are visiting. 4th floor but comes with an exterior elevator.. Nicely furnished room with napoletan taste.

Checking in was a little awkward as there are two locations. Nobody was there when we first arrived so we had to wait and then eventually we were taken to the second location around the corner.

Unfortunately the shower didn't seem to have hot water the first night we got there. After leaving it on for about 10 minutes in the morning the hot water came through. A small inconvenience for us so we didn't mention it at the time. Also organising check in with the hosts was frustrating at times. Messaging backwards and forwards with different people on WhatsApp could be confusing for some travellers and one of the times suggested for check in we were told that was their lunch time and they weren't available. But it was within their check-in hours advertised on booking.com so we had to adjust our plans and store our luggage for some hours.

Fantastic location at a beautiful old building overlooking the MANN museum. Room was a brilliant size and a miniature balcony you can just about step out on. Rooms are nice to stay in, they're well painted and comfortable. Private bathroom was a good quality with modern shower etc. Hosts very helpful and let us store our luggage for most of the day after we checked out. Not a regular reception staff so alot of contact via WhatsApp but we were ok with that. Brilliant bakery for breakfast across the road and a metro station nearby. This was a great location and I would recommend this to anyone that wants to visit Naples.

The wi-fi never reached our room, it smelled horrible in the entrance but happily it didn't in the room and the toilet was broken, it was very hard to flush and sometimes it didn't work at all. Out of the three places we stayed at in Napoli this scored lowest on our list. Dimora Delle Arti is on the same street and was way better.

The room was nicely decorated and the ceilings were very high. The location was also super nice.

Needs a good refurbishment. Too old. Uncomfortable beds. First night a nightmare. Shower head broken. Water splashing everywhere. This was known to the owners. WiFi very poor and not constant.

Avoid. Very small, no phone reception, no wifi (hasn't worked for months apparently). Dirty, walls dirty, falling apart, no onsite staff, no room or towel cleaning during our stay. Additional fee for checking in after 6pm. TV remote missing. No correspondence from staff once taken out money on problems. Was transferred to another location as no rooms available after air conditioning breakdown.

Right in the center of Napoli, just 2 minutes walk from the metro station “ Museo” . The area is simply the best and we walked all over Napoli within 10-15 minute walk from the property. We were on the 4th floor and we had such an amazing view. Definitely recommend

The wifi signal was so weak it never showed up on any of our phones the whole time (we stayed 6 nights) - apparently it might have worked at reception. The breakfast was a croissant and coffee in a tiny cafe over the road. That was ok, but not really a breakfast.

It was in general a bad service experience. Firstly we were waiting 1 hour for someone to come give us the keys. All the phone numbers they have written in booking.com or in their entrance nobody answers and one of the numbers is the phone number of an ex worker that she didn't know to help. When the receptionist came, he was so cold and rude, he slightly said "sorry" and he didn't speak English with us. He only told us what time we should check out and we couldn't find any worker in the reception, if we needed anything. We stayed 3 days and there was only one toilet paper and noone brought for us a new one. The WIFI never worked in our room. The general feeling was very bad, we felt so not welcomed. I would not recommend this place, if someone wants to stay more than one night.

The location and the view from the room was very beautiful. Near the metro station and to the historical centre. The room is spacious and good.

The hot water didn’t work and the receptionist was very unhelpful and rude. Despite having informed them that I would arrive at the location at 18:20, I was still charged 20 euros for a ‘late check-in ‘ which seems excessive considering I had explained I would be 20 minutes late. Upon arrival I was also asked to pay 3 euros for the local tax, but sadly the card decided not to work after having previously worked for the 20 euros. Tge 3 euros wasn’t added to the 20 because apparently it had to be cash only. I was told by the receptionist that unless I went to a cash point to get cash for the 3 euros, I wouldn’t be able to stay. This seemed absurd considering I had paid the room and the late surcharge. I asked to speak to the manager who apologised and said it would be fine to pay the 3 euros in the morning . I withdrew 20 euros to pay the outstanding 3, only to be told they had no change and I had to pay by card. My frustration was extremely high and I couldn’t understand how on earth 3 euros was such a problem and had to make the whole experience unpleasant. When I pointed this out to the receptionist and I stated that sadly the customer service experience hadn’t been a pleasant one, the receptionist made a rude statement and said that her experience had been unpleasant too. I have traveled all over Italy for 2 weeks and stayed in several places, one of which wasn’t as aesthetically pleasing as the Ventre di Napoli, however the friendly and accommodating staff made all the difference. The place is lovely but the staff need to seriously do a course on customer service manners. I would not go back just to scourge unpleasant treatment.

Beautiful old building and specious room with tall ceilings and nicely furnished. Despite being in a very busy and noisy part of Naples, the accommodation was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The staff of the place was not helpful at all and they barely spoke English. The language barrier made it impossible to get any details concerning the booking and our late check-in. There are additional fees for the late check-in and the amount increases accordingly to how late you arrive. So because of our late arrival in Napoli we had to pay extra making our stay there much more expensive than previously expected. The area surrounding the place is really questionable and unsafe looking at night so definitely would recommend arriving during the day.

It was clean and decently quiet. The balcony was great with a view of Napoli. There was breakfast included.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the room hadn't been adequately cleaned, as there were remnants of cigarettes on the floor near the balcony. Additionally, we found the late check-in fee of 20-25 euros after 6 pm to be rather excessive, especially since this information was only provided after we had already made the booking. The air conditioner in the room was disappointingly weak, despite setting it to the highest fan volume and lowest temperature, the room often felt warm, leading us to constantly pull down the blinds to prevent sunlight from entering. Additionally, when we requested to leave our luggage at the reception after our check-out at 10 am for approximately three hours, we were denied due to the receptionist's obligation to work at another Airbnb location. The Wi-Fi was also weak, on the lucky days, we'd get 2 bars of signal. 😬

The location was excellent, allowing us to explore the major attractions of Naples on foot. The room itself was spacious with high ceilings and it really allowed us to 'feel' the historical architecture that Naples holds, along with that we also enjoyed the balcony.

We only stayed for one night but the location of this B&B was great, right across from the Archaeological Museum, the staff was friendly, and we appreciated that they kept our luggages at reception for a few hours after check out. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Great value for money.
