The B&B is in a small town, away from the main street, so it is very quiet. The apartment is clean, comfortable. It is a big advantage that you get breakfast. Because there is no kitchen or other necessary things. Also, there is no grocery store or restaurant in the town, only in the neighboring towns. But everything is redeemed by the helpfulness of the apartment owners, you will get a lot of useful advices and any help you need.

Overall everything is great, only a few things could be improved. The pillows could be more comfortable. The room also needs a few basic things, such as glasses for drinks, and more hangers for clothes (especially when you come back from hiking in the mountains).

I highly reccomend staying at this beautiful place. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, with your own bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Also the breakfast is a wonderful array of fruits, sweets, fresh baked goods, meat, cheese, coffee, juices, and all of it is delicious! The hosts are very friendly and have great customer service. The area is also very beautiful to stay in!! I have stayed here several times and plan to come back again more times in the future!!

Roberto and his family are incredibly kind, their B&B is very clean, beautiful and welcoming, not to mention the small private spa available upon reservation, a real gem that we used twice during our stay. The love toward their territory is truly appreciable and we really appreciate the desire and will to keep the small villages alive with revaluation projects such as this B&B and the magnificent museum behind it.

Owner and his family are friendly and easy to contact at any time. We felt taken care of. The place looks really nice and feels modern yet cozy. The breakfast was abundant, Italian and good. We overall really liked it.

Beautiful setting, clean, welcoming and friendly. Excellent host, we were running very late due to heavy traffic and he was very understanding and kept in touch with us throughout the journey. We had to leave early and he made an effort to prepare us breakfast before the usual time. The house is great, very clean with good facilities and very comfortable beds.

Big breakfast. Clean and beatiful rooms. SPA is amazing. The staff, Roberto and his family, is really friendly. They are always avaiable for you, and know so much about the zone that they can give the best advices for your local trips.

Beautiful accomodation, I loved the room and the attention to details (beautiful old furniture nicely integrated in the design of the room, inside of the wardrobe painted in the same color as the walls, a real well cared orchid in the room). Roberto is an amazing host, very nice and he knows a lot about the area. We went with his recommendations and we had a beautiful day. The garden of the house it’s not big, but really quiet and enjoyable. We also had a lovely dinner at their restaurant (Antico Convento, at about 15-20 min drive from the accommodation). It really was a great experience that we will remember for a long time. Grazie mille, Roberto!

Robert was very kind and gave very nice tips for the restaurants and to explore the surrounding. His kids are good hosts as well. The self- made jam is a nice souvenir. Don't overrate the door thing listed at the critic points.

The door of the room is a little bit wafer- thin. You can hear the sound of other guests durjng breakfast.

Everything! The welcome was warm and helpful. We were offered a drink of water as soon as we arrived. The family are incredible and the breakfast was very good. All the pastries were home-made and very good quality. Coffee was great! The room was very clean and well-equipped. A very comfortable bed and the bathroom was very tastefully decorated and everything was good quality and also very clean. I just can't find anything bad to say about this place and I think the cost of the room with breakfast included offers very good value for money. I hope we will stay here again and explore the region in more detail. The family takes great care about the property and they deserve to be very successful.

Absolutely nothing. As I wrote above, I think this is one of the best overnight stays we have ever had. Lovely people. Lovely room and breakfast too.

Location up in the hills, perfect spot for starting bicycle trips. The host can recommend plenty of tours in the area. Typical Italian breakfast with delicious cakes and pastries. Very tidy space, recently completely renovated.

Very peaceful location. We were the only ones staying the days we were there, and it was nice and quiet. The homemade breakfast was fantastic. The owners were great to work with.

It's a little tricky to find, and we panicked at first, but the owner's daughter was very helpful.

Old World meets New World remodel of an landmark building. The decor was fresh and inviting. Delicious breakfast.

Amazing location with excellent hospitality! Roberto and his daughter Gaia made us feel very welcome, and guided us when we needed suggestions on places to visit. Extremely picturesque place and very quite as well. The house is designed very thoughtfully, with very pretty ornamental details.
