Best location for shopping and hanging out at the centre right in front of Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. Communication with the host was easy and the room was comfortable.

Room was excellent. We had a small patio which we loved. Room was clean and beds was comfortable The front desk was really friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. We easily walked to all the sights and trains.

You can see that the owner really cares about the apartment, its very clean and comfortable, has all necessary facilities and details for your nice stay and rest. The location is great, right in the center and still I wouldn't say it was noisy, we closed the windows and had a nice sleep. I absolutely loved it

We weren’t aware that you had to pay extra for breakfast vouchers. This is not clear on site. We would have gladly paid but this was a minor inconvenience

This is not a B&B, there is a misconception somewhere somehow. But that was OK for us.

It was a short trip to Florence this time. We rented 3 rooms from this hotel. The location could not have been better. Right in front of the Duomo. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but very clean and functional. This is what you can expect from a hotel in an ancient building smack in the centre of Florence. They did everything they could to make it work for the guests, and it did work for us. One thing that was pleasantly surprising is that the shower cabin was huge considering the age of the building.

The location of this hotel could not be better. You walk out and see the Duomo right In front of you. There are shopping and coffee shops right next to hotel and near all the attractions in the center of Florence. The hosts recommended a local restaurant that we ate at twice - it was that good! The hosts let us leave our bags for a little after check out and were flexible during check in. Also bonus, the bed was SO comfortable.

The hotel entrance was just a bit difficult to find from the street. If anything I'd recommend additional signage on the outside.

I simply can't recommend this hotel enough!! While I knew it was in view of the Duomo, I simply didnt comprehend that it is right across the street. Our room facing the Duomo and it was absolutely jaw dropping. The front desk attendant/manager Bledi was very kind and informative. Upon arrival he provided us a map of the city and circled the important sites in relation to our location at the hotel. The room was quite spacious and had a large bath tub and standing shower. It is a Bed and Breakfast and I unfortunately didn't have any so I can't speak to the food but I would stay here again without question.
