While air conditioning unit works well, it is located in the living room and a bit far from the rooms…so on very hot days (it was 32 Celsius when we visited Orvieto) is it not ideal but still OK with the two fans provided.

The bistro/bar below the apartment gets pretty loud at least in our trip. Just an fyi there are a lot of steep steps to the third floor apartment ~ not a problem for us, but just to be aware.

Nice stay felt like you are in your Italian relatives home. Very clean and you can tell they’ve updated the kitchen, and it’s supplied too. Loved the artwork of Orvieto on walls and the dog pillows. The little terrace is nice and the duomo view is wonderful. Parking at the duomo was convenient. The location is very central.

Minor things only - it is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift, so just be aware. As others have said, softer pillows would be great.

Fabulous location, great views from the balcony, very comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. Easy to organise access and flexible with arrival time.

The location could not be better, the view is amazing. The apartment has everything you need, it's comfortable and cosy even in winter. We loved it and would love to visit again.

Might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. There are two flights of steep stairs to get to the apartment.

Amazing location right next to the Duomo. Even though there is no parking they have a cheaper rate with a pay and park near by.

Nothing really bad with the property at all. To be picky, perhaps different bed pillows could be provided.

The size, style and location of the property were the best. The view of the magnificent duomo each day sets it apart for sure. The space is relaxing with a beaut little balcony to enjoy the autumn air. Good facilities to make the stay very comfortable and the washing machine was a bonus. The host Alessia was always very friendly and very obliging when an outside problem with water arose.

The location is fantastic. Although situated above a very popular restaurant/bar, when you close the windows & balcony doors, the sounds disappear. Amazingly quiet when closed up.

Nothing, everything was great

You couldn't ask for a better location! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable right in the centre of Orvieto. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening!

The apartment is above a coffee/drinks bar which is loud until about 11pm.

A nice spacious apartment with fantastic location in the heart of Orvieto. The host was very nice, helpful and responsive. View from the apartment is amazing of the Duomo. Beds were comfy and facilities were good in the apartment. The Tourist Information office in the Piazza del Duomo was very good and showed us on a map the location of the property and gave us a good overview of the town. Wifi is good.

we were confused by payment. it was cash only, upon arrival. we never saw a host. we were just supposed to leave exact cash amount on the table.

the view is amazing! location is great. very close to the church. the host had the space decorated for Christmas and it felt very welcoming. the host has also taken great care to leave a folder of information for guests.

The apartment was very nice. There was a nice kitchen with table to sit and drink wine! The (2) bedrooms were comfortable! The Wi-Fi was strong!

Only thing I would change is fitted sheets on the bed and softer pillows. Fairly minor concerns.

location, location, location to start with. The balcony was a great place to have happy hour. All needed utensils were provided so you could have some meals “at home”. Having a washing machine was Wonderful since we were there 5 days. Management was great and welcoming.

I was slightly concerned about the noise of the busy street life outside at night. However the double glazed windows are amazing, and kept nearly all the noise rout. Once the street cleared at Approx 02.30, we opened the windows for fresh air.

Highly specified apartment in a perfect location in Orvieto. very well equipped, although we didn’t make the most of the kitchen facilities as we eat out. the Air-con was very efficient. I felt slightly awkward as when we vacated the apartment I couldn’t switch it off and had to leave it on.

Aircon is in the living room, and while we stayed there it did not work. When the temp outside is 37 the bedrooms are hot. If you keep the windows open you cannot sleep because of the terrible noise. The bar under the apartment OSS noisy until one at night. In the morning you cannot sleep because the garbage truck comes at about six. If this is not enough the bed is not comfy at all.

Location is central, the apartment is really nice.

While this apartment technically has air conditioning, it is located in the main living areas and isn't powerful enough for to cool either of the bedrooms. Fans were provided, but it was 37 degrees while we were there and the bedrooms never cooled off which made sleeping a bit of a challenge. That aside, it is a lovely apartment in a great location. I also wished the hosts had just met us to take pics of our passports. I sent it 3 different times (once through booking.com) then to two separate emails and it never went through. Having to resend repeatedly was a little frustrating.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the Duomo and steps away from restaurants, bars and cafes. Great apartment for a family of 4.
