Great home in a beautiful location. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Lots of space. We would highly recommend.

Bedrooms in the roof were still rather hot after switching off the air con for the night, but they were very hot days. It would have been nice to have a second chair on the balcony.

Lovely apartment, super-friendly host, nice location 5-10 min walk to the centre of town, on-site parking, good air con, nice kitchen facilities, chilled water in the fridge, Nespresso capsule machine, easy communication with host via WhatsApp.

The room under the room has no air condition. The water pressure in the bathroon on the second floor is too low.

Kitchen utensils need an overhaul. Garlic press is Knackerd needs a couple of chopping boards we had to buy a potato peeler at least there is one there now LOL and could do with a couple of kitchen knives

The walk from the port is quite onerous with luggage, so people with struggle to haul bags up the village stairs might prefer a taxi. Once the village stairs are navigated, it is an easy walk. There are internal stairs to access the top bedroom, and these are a little difficult to navigate our first (and in the dark).

Bellagio is a wonderful town and the apartment was a great place to explore it from. With luggage on the first day, it was a little bit of a struggle coming up from the port but once on the high road, we were fine. Some people might want to get a taxi to avoid the stairs at the port. The apartment had all the facilities required for an enjoyable stay including two bathrooms, kitchen facilities and wifi. There are internal stairs to access the top bedroom and these are a little difficult to navigate our first. Our host provided wonderful assistance throughout the whole process and provided us with great information, even researching information regarding train strikes that impacted our days of travel.

We were delayed on what was an unexpectedly difficult journey and were charged an extra fee for being later than the advertised arrival times. This got our stay off to a bad start. It would help if the required strict adherence to these times and associated penalty charges were spelled out in the terms and conditions of renting the flat.

Very well equipped and appointed flat. Extremely comfortable memory foam bed in main bedroom. Conveniently situated to explore Bellagio on foot.

The lock on the door was difficult to lock and unlock. I wish there were more towels available. One towel per person for 4 days is not enough.

Location was walking distance to the center of town. The apartment was spacious and clean. Carolina was prompt to reply to messages and reached out before arrival to discuss the check in process.

There are steep steps up to the accommodation. Okay with hand luggage but would be difficult with large suitcases. Needs more comfy seating - only 1 sofa.

We requested the check in time about 11pm but we got late by 1 hour due to weather. The host charged us €40 for late check in! Although he messaged us on the day of arrival that if we are late than 12 they will charge, we had no notification of this while booking. We agreed to pay but forgot to put cash on table before we left. Then host messaged us via booking.com and called us liar! We left the apartment clean and spotless. He became very rude after the conversation just because we forgot to pay! Very disrespectful!

The location was good. There is free parking. The lady who received us was nice and helpful.
