The breakfast could add certain things like eggs and bacon. The tv could be a Smart Tv to enjoy services like Netflix and Youtube

Bed not very comfortable to my mind as mattress too hard but I know it s my opinion Shower is not great at all ; in fact you always have a risk of flooding the bathroom as water is not contained Bathroom is again too small It would be great if hotel would have some agreement with a parking to have space as in holiday season it is a real nightmare to find a place

The noise coming from all the other rooms is extremely loud. Chairs scraping the floor, doors closing, people talking etc.

Would've loved access to an iron or steamer and the option for a heavier blanket but that's it!

It was wonderful! Would go back again for sure. Staff were lovely and kind, housekeeping was on it! Rooms were plenty big with lots of storage. I had friends stay at "the place to be" up the hill and the only thing they liked was the view- they had uncomfortable beds, tiny rooms and got eaten alive by bugs flying in the windows. Very happy with my choice!

Room was located on the ground floor next to the lobby and was noisy. Noise from the piazza outside didn't help. Too much external light from the corridor disturbed sleep.

Check out was managed by a rather abrupt rude woman whose main interest seemed to be to get us out as soon as possible.

After cycling 65 miles in the heat a very friendly check in, clean and tidy room, and the hotel is centrally located close to a number of restaurants. A nice variety of breakfast items.

It was the most expensive hotel during my 16 days travel trip through Italy in 2023. All other hotels were much cheaper than 100 Euro. But I know this coastline near Maremma Park is pretty much appreciated and in favour by Italy vacation people. So it is maybe as expensive as the other hotel are in that beautiful area. Bella italia.

People and service personnel very friendly and helpful. They had organizid to arrange getting a bike for me and to get picked up from the station after my arrival. Brakfast very goo, a lot of various coffee types.

Due to the areas public transportation, we needed to leave prior to 7 AM. The sign warning for a penalty fee was hidden behind decorations so we did not know we were supposed to alert the front desk the night before. The man in the morning was incredibly rude and demanding of the money despite us saying we would pay. Also the hydro massage wasn’t working, so it was a cold small pool on the roof.

The breakfast was nice, along with the woman who checked us in the first day. She was exceptional and helpful, along with courteous.
