The door to the room was just a sliding door. The breakfast was poor. It’s a bit worn out.

The location is great. You can walk to different attractions. Also, the hop-on-hop-off station is really close. There are restaurants and shops nearby. There is no restaurant in the hotel. You get your breakfast in the room (only sweet stuff like croissants, yogurt, bananas ...). The bathroom is the right size. The hotel staff is really helpful.

Only one thing, a sweet breakfast, it would be good at least some ham or eggs.

Personnel was very polite, accommodation is close to train station which was very heplfull. It was also close to colosseum, about 15 min. by walk. Comfortable bed and tea in the room as bonus :)

Good apartment from the group BNB 10 mins walk from the train station Rome termini just straight 3 mins walk from’ the magnificent church of the Mary Major 20 mins walk to the coliseum and Roman Forum The carrefour express is 10 mins walk from the hotel I suggest to take a shower gel and a shampoo with you, you’ll get the free towels but no bathrobes. The stuff is incredible, I want to thank everyone and specially to SHAHID! The breakfast is full of variety: fruits, yogurts, jams, biscuits, croissants, Nutella, crackers, coffe or tea

We didn’t realize the room had air conditioning so we opened the windows overnight which attracted mosquitoes but that was our fault. The first night was very unpleasant.

I recently stayed at a 3-star hotel that offered an overall pleasant experience. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay feel welcoming. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to key attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. While it may not have had the luxurious amenities of higher-rated hotels, the combination of great service, prime location, and cleanliness makes it a solid choice for travelers. I would recommend.

Cleanliness. Lots of dust on surfaces. Fridge was dirty. We used our own wipes to clean everything down before use. If the staff did a deep clean, I would have rated the stay as excellent.

Location was excellent. Down the hill from Termini Train Station & 20 mins stroll to Trevi Fountain. Lots of cafes & restaurants around and well priced. Everything we needed in the room. Fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, basic but good breakfast every morning brought to the room, clean towels every day except Sunday. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely people. Bed & pillows comfortable.
