A really comfortable room, the aircon works well which is always a big win in Italian summer, very comfy bed and well located in Lucca old town.

Be aware this is sn old building, so no lift and windy stairs.

The Green Room was at the top of the building with a lot of stairs to climb. This might cause some issues for people getting up all the stairs.

Amazing room, we stayed in the Green Room. Brilliant bed and plenty of floor space too. The accommodation was very helpful in allowing us into the room early on our arrival day.

The apartment was amazing. Very clean, modern, cool and spacious. The location is perfect as it’s very central and lots of fantastic restaurants on the doorstep! The host Rebecka was very kind and very helpful with recommendations as well as ensuring we had fresh towels and upkeep during our stay! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

For UK travellers there was only one suitable plug socket.

This was superb accommodation, which was beautifully designed and appointed. Great location close to city walls, bike hire, bars and restaurants. Can’t fault it.

Unfortunately we got locked out by putting wrong number in key lock system. No staff on site but called girl who would arrive 30 minutes. After 15 box reset and we got in that was the only hiccup

The location is perfect and the ambience is great - had we known how good it was we would have booked for longer! A real benefit was meeting the owner to check in. Rebekah not only demonstrated her pride in the property and in Lucca as a place, she also gave us excellent tips about where to eat and what to do. It’s a place where we will return - and so will you!

Occasional strong whiff of ‘drains’ coming from bathroom. However it’s a very old building and sometimes they have issues like that. It didn’t spoil my stay. Minor issue!

Great location on a quiet street just off main shopping street and round the corner from the Campo Antitheatro. Warm welcome. Beautifully decorated, cosy room. One of the nicest and most charming I’ve ever stayed in. Coffee machine and fridge with mini bar facilities. Large monsoon shower. Two comfy armchairs to relax in. A very relaxing place to stay - perfect base for exploring Lucca. I would thoroughly recommend.

No bag storage either before or after checkout. This would be a really helpful addition to the service.

Gorgeous room. Well appointed and everything you need for a great stay. Large bathroom with good towels, wardrobe storage, good bed linen and pillows. Light and lovely windows you can open up for fresh air and to enjoy the sounds of Lucca. Vanessa the checkin woman was friendly and helpful. Bike hire is about 30m from the property.
