The rooms are clean and comfortable. The loungers round the pool are super comfortable and there are plenty of them too.

We’d previously stayed at the hotel a few years ago and back then they did great pizzas. Unfortunately they no longer offer pizzas however, the rest of the menu on offer is lovely.

Perfectly located in the heart of Tuscany, ideal for visiting Florence, Siena, Chianti, and Montepulciano. Rustical climate and atmosphere, clean rooms with daily housekeeping, comfortable beds, and a nice pool with bar.

Only downside is its position next to the Florence–Siena motorway — rooms on that side can be noisy from traffic.

The staff were amazing, helpful and kind.

The rooms are large and well appointed, and doors open up to the pool area. The pool is open from 7am which is perfect for a pre breakfast swim.

I liked that the description on the website matched the experience very accurately. Clean hotel, great pool and spacious pool area, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, great location for exploring Tuscany. The bedroom with a door out to the pool area was particularly good. We enjoyed the snack lunches from the pool bar.

Wi-fi coverage could have been better in bedrooms. As expected from the online description, there was a little noise from the nearby roads.

Very quiet, good pool area to relax after a day exploring Tuscany. Comfortable parking.

Restaurant/ bar service is very basic. A little more effort would add further value to this food property.

Large swimming pool surrounded by pool seats and parasols. A convenient bar close to the pool serving refreshments. Generous breakfast buffet. Peaceful surroundings and cool rooms in the castles.

The swimming pool is located in a gorgeous environment, it's only a bit cold.

Lovely humans and loved that there was a gym.

I expected it to have a more rural setting and also that the gym was on the ground floor with fresh air. I didn’t dislike its ASIS but I was expecting something a little different.

The room was basic, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is right next to the main road, so you can hear cars passing by, which takes away from the peacefulness of the place. At breakfast, the waitress didn’t replace my cutlery after it fell on the floor, and she spoke in a rude manner, which was surprising for a four-star hotel. I would recommend considering other hotels in the area, as there are plenty of options.

Friendly staff, good pool area and food was great. Peaceful, just what we needed.

Air conditioning was a bit loud. Unable to charge devices when not in the room.

It should be a relaxing, resting hotel with its nature, location but IT IS SO NOISY, SO MUCH. Restaurant is near the rooms and closes at 10:30 and you can not even open yr balcony and and relax. The Hotel also accepting sport teams for camping and u r staying in a caotic environment.

The lack of staff at the bar and the lack of food at breakfast where there was always something missing. We did not try the restaurant however so can’t comment.

Great location at the skirts of beautiful Monteriggioni. The facilities are big, clean and pleasant .

Breakfast was very good. Lovely eggs and cold meats. Nice sweet cakes. Lovely large room for breakfast.
