The location. The later check in. They managed for us the drive from the airport, very pleasant. The breakfast was ok.

It was quite old the furniture and the whole atmosphere at the hotel.

We stayed here on two occasions in August. The first time, we were given the “Mirror Room,” which was lovely. The breakfast was simple but nice, and the location of the hotel is excellent.

However, when we returned for the second part of our trip, we were placed in “The Young” room, and it was an absolute disgrace. It felt like a damp storage cupboard that had been lazily converted into a guest room. Despite being charged the same price as our first stay, the air conditioning barely worked, there were hairs left in the sink, and the entire space had an unpleasant smell. It was so bad we decided to leave early. To make matters worse, management has completely ignored our attempts to follow up; no apology, no explanation, no resolution. The contrast between our first stay and the second was shocking. Unless you can get a written guarantee from the staff about which room you’ll be given, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel altogether.

First time in Venice 🇮🇹✨ and this place made it truly unforgettable! 💙 Perfect spot 💯 Right between the train station and city center, with a private jacuzzi 🤩 Just 7 min walk to all the main attractions. TV is a bit old-school but no big deal. Room was spotless with slippers provided 👌 Breakfast was average but fine.” It’s worth staying here with a private jacuzzi 💯💯💯

Breakfast was mediocre. Gluten free options were basically just packs of Schar crackers or biscuits.

Location was good, staff was good.

Breakfest was really bad, really poor choice of food. There wasn’t any air conditioner, so it was really hot and really noisy when you open window for some air at night, also we had problems with electricity, for some time there wasn’t any in the bathroom.

The location was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

We were supposedly upgraded but this room in terms of space and facilities was well below expectation. The rooms in the photos were not an accurate representation of what we got (even with the upgrade). Not enough plug sockets and the ones we did have were very temperamental.

Bad room. Very old. Felt like a basement with a bathroom added to it and old A/C. Staff at breakfast started cleaning and doing dishes in the mess room while we were still eating. Very noisy at breakfast and not pleasant!

I wish to have a little bigger table,and more hooks or place to hang or leave some random stuff you use every day like. Ps. I’m not recommended the bar/restaurant right outside the hotel…very rude staff 💀

The central but quiet location. The decor of the breakfast room and the choice of fresh food for breakfast. The friendly staff, the old atmospheric building with a modern shower & toilet area, the comfy bed.

A couple of cushions would have been good so we could sit up in bed.
