It was quite old the furniture and the whole atmosphere at the hotel.

The location. The later check in. They managed for us the drive from the airport, very pleasant. The breakfast was ok.

First time in Venice 🇮🇹✨ and this place made it truly unforgettable! 💙 Perfect spot 💯 Right between the train station and city center, with a private jacuzzi 🤩 Just 7 min walk to all the main attractions. Location was okay. Staff were pleasant and helpful Room was clean , small but what we expected for Europe. Value for money was fabulous. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out to still explore Venice this was very helpful. Breakfast was included and was definitely adequate with European standards.

Mattress reminded me of a time I slept on a floor. We booked on very short notice so our suite may have been all they had available.

Staff were great. Washroom was fantastic. Breakfast was superb!!!

Slightly noisy when people checking in and in morning with delivery boats on canal right outside window but all part of the experience and infrequent so no issue.

Perfect spot to explore Venice from. Comfortable bed and great shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Canal view right outside window. Near many nice bars and restaurants and walking distance to all tourist spots, but in a quieter part of city. Definitely recommend as a great priced base to explore Venice.

Great location, walkable from train stations and to tourist spots. Very comfortable beds. Room was a generous size. Quiet. Flexible with late check in- made this super easy and communication was great. Also let us leave our bags there for the day as we had a late train to catch

Facilities - the room wasn't clean and it had a musty smell (we staied in one of the rooms on the ground floor). There were no waredrobe, no chair in the room.

The location was ok; 5 minutes walking to Ponte de Rialto and around 18 minutes to San Marco basilica.

There is plenty of noise both in the night and in the morning and the hotel is not equipped with noise cancelling windows so we had a hard time sleeping on both nights

The owner's absence created some inconvenience for us. Additionally, despite my foot being fractured, we were not allowed to use the handicapped chair lift for our luggage, forcing us to carry it up several flights of stairs.

Great location nice and quiet. The cleaning lady was very nice and impressively managed a range of duties, from cleaning to handling reception tasks.

There is a smell coming from the bath and toilet. But I assume it is from outside.

It is really near the city centre, but without all the commotion. In a calm zone. With everything you need around. Also, with a good breakfast!

Nothing except for noise from bar outside.

The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The only problem was there was a bar outside under our room so we changed rooms next day. We had to pay an extra £100 for our 3 night stay. There was nothing to say a bar was there. It wasn’t noisy but you could hear people talking. In the blurb, it says the rooms are soundproof which is why we went for it. They aren’t.
