a construction site right outside my window and no curtains. Besides some noise in the morning, the construction workers right outside the window made me feel a bit uncomfortable

the room was lovely and the bathroom clean and quite roomy, although not connected to the room directly, but rather right across a small hallway. The bed was comfortable and the host very helpful. It was also very close to the historic centre, everything was at a walking distance.

There is no AC and fan, so it can be hot in summer. It's fine when you open the window as the wind is cooling, just remember to turn on the bug repellent!

It feels like home. Ugo our host was very nice, he let us check in early when my friend was unwell. We also made friend with Maverick the lovely dog who likes to visit our room. Location wise, it's perfect! Just 15 mins walk to the Duomo and city centre. Also we can hear the bird singing every morning.

These are essentially apartments in the attic. you have a small living room, bedroom and private bathroom. everything is thought out to the smallest detail. very clean, beautiful bed linen with embroidery. quiet and cozy. the house is located in a good area with cafes and shops. The city center is across the road.

The traffic is very convenient. I notice that the bus in Florence is very convenient, and there are very convenient transportation options near the accommodation. You need to walk to the top floor and then reach the attic through a small staircase. This is our first time living in the attic, which is a wonderful experience (except that the sunshine wakes us up in the morning, hahaha, but we just need to get up early to travel)🫡🫡🫡

The steep stairs to the apartment that is in an attic and you have to walk through the common hallway that was in somebody else's apartment. Being in the attic, the roof was uneven and you have to watch your head when going to the bathroom.

Quiet area, relatively close to the city center. Kind hoste. Close to a good speciality coffee shop.

A great, stylishly furnished apartment ideal for young people. The host was kind and friendly, it was very simple to check in. The sights are within walking distance and there's also a shop nearby. A great starting point when visiting Firenze.

Be careful in the bathroom! The exposed ceiling beams are beautiful but you could bonk your head if you're not paying attention..

Location is just outside the very touristy part of the old city. So everything is still within walking distance, but it's a little less hectic in this neighborhood. Great host- good communication to coordinate the check-in, made us some espresso when we arrived. Maverick is also an adorable co-host.

Last Friday it was very raining heavily and there was water leaking under the window (roof).

Other than that, friendly host. Very comfortable bed. The room and toilet are very clean. Great location and very peacefully.

I do not recommend it to anyone, this was the worst accommodation in my life!!!!! 1) this is an apartment where the owner lives and rents out just a room 2) the apartment stinks a lot, and I could not sleep because it stank of sewage, the owner did not react to this in any way 3) there is no shower! it is just a watering can in the center and all the water flows onto the floor after a shower, it is impossible to use the toilet 4) this is an attic and the ceilings are very low, if you are tall, you will always hit your head 5) there is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the 4th floor, it is very difficult to go up there with suitcases, and after that in the apartment there is a staircase to the attic, which is difficult to climb, I asked the owner to help me lower the suitcases, but he ignored me! 6) a cat and a dog live in the house, if you are allergic to animals, do not live in this room.

Perhaps a cleaner could clean the room every couple of days and change sheets etc. The shower needs improvements and you could easily bump your head in the rest room as there is a spot in there where the ceiling is low.

The price was good with respect to other places in Florence, It was quiet and the host is a nice guy. I recommend it if you look for something inexpensive, simple and you are not clumsy.
