Extremely clean, very close to everything - beach, restaurants and even bus stop to go for Catania or Taormina

It's quite noisy because is close to a main roadbut on the other side this brings you veru close to a bus station from where you go to Taormina and Catania

The light on the door handle / key kept flashing through the night and it wasn’t possible to turn it off. The shower basin leaks into the bathroom too.

Our view was to a busy street and the first night it was loud but nothing dramatic.

Nice, new and clean hotel room. Close to the beach and to the bus to Taormina. Everything you need. The bathroom door is by the way no (longer) see through, contrary to some reviews.

Lack of things like olive oil or vine glasses. Parking is extremely difficult in this town, however we were able to park for free in October on Via Calcide Eubea.

It was as nice as on the pictures. No key needed, just code which we really like on our journeys

The WiFi signal was bad, I couldn't connect to it, the bathroom had a glass window and door that it doesn't give any intimacy since you can see everything inside the bathroom from the bedroom. You can get used to it eventually:), so it wasn't a really big deal for me.

It was really clean, the bed was comfy. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and market. The kitchenette is really useful. It is perfect for a stress free vacation.

The check-in is kind of late although the host was nice and let us in 1 hour earlier. Wifi is present but not working most of the time.

Great position, the beach is a 2 minute walk and in my opinion it's the best position in Naxos. Looks like in the pictures and has all facilities described. I got it at a good price for 5 nights, totally worth it.

I didn't like the lack of a wardrobe, instead of the kitchenette in the room I would have preferred to have a wardrobe. The apartament already has a kitchen, so there's no need for the kitchenette in the room. The password from the WiFi didn't work, so we had no internet. We had the first room after the entrance and it was quite noisy at night. We were awaken by other guests who came very late / early in the morning (5 AM) and the last night our door opened itself from the main entrance door that kept slicing because of the draught in the staircase (in summer, all the windows are open in the staircase). Every night the main entrance door made a very annoying sound because of the draught in the staircase (I guess the other rooms do not have the same problem).

The accommodation is located perfectly. You are staying in the heart of Giardini Naxos, 2 minutes from the beach/restaurants/market/pharmacy, 5 minutes from the bus station, but you are still in a quiet neighborhood. Our studio looked very good, it was spatious and modern. The bed is really comfortable.

Almost no dishes, difficult to cook or prepare any meal. But the property listened to us and provided us with more basic elements for the next day. The code access to the appartment is perfect, would love if it was active to enter the room as well.

The room was big enough for 1 adult + 2 children. The location is perfect, less than 5 min walking from the beach. Perfect option for private parking just in front. Loved it! The keyless policy was perfect, would love if it worked for the room as well.

Good location in the midlle of the bay, 5 steps from the beach in a quiet street. The balcony is big and nice. The room is confortable. The complimentary coffee for the morning was a nice plus. Nice and helpfull staff.

Great location walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and markets. Staff was very quick to aid when I had trouble getting in the room. I ended up staying another night because it was very comfortable.

Great location, 5 min walk from the beach and alot of restaurants. I had trouble getting in the room and called the staff, within 5 minutes I was presented with a key to get inside the room. The kitchen was very big and had plenty or pans,pots and utensils. I ended up staying a second night.

As for me, because of the travelling companion was perfect, but to others the glass completely transparent large bathroom door may be just silly. Not everyone will like them.

Very clean, daily cleaning and replacement of towels, unless you clearly did not want it. Coffee from a capsule machine and tea in any quantity. Excellent location (also close to nice beach). Not bad soundproofing. Very good value for money ratio.

Little bit confused with the partly transparent door to the toilet and for a long stay need more shelves and cabinets.

Early check-in was really helpful, no need to wait during the sun shining time outside. Very nice location close to the cheap supermarket. Very close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Support with entrance by owner via whatsapp. Very clean and nice. Close to the bus stop, so, it was easy and cheap to get from the airport. Also, for me was important that cleaning was regular in the same time, when we were on the beach. Close to the best beach in Giardini-Naxos. Staff are really nice!

We had some little issue during the check in but it was resolved very fast.

It is good looking, comfortable and close to the beach and to the centre. They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. The personal was very kind. Comfortble bed. We liked the possibility to rent a parking place which was just next to the building.
