The 5.30 pm check in was inconvenient. We arrived at 3 and couldn’t drop off our bags. Due to circumstances beyond our control we nearly missed the end of check-in at 9 pm which was very stressful. But this was our only negative and yes 5.30 was stated on our booking but I didn’t check as I just assumed it would be an earlier time as usual 🤪.

It was a clean, modern, comfortable room that looked newly renovated. The hosts could not be more friendly or helpful. A large communal area with a kitchen was just outside the room. Parking is nice and close and the host happily assisted us bring the luggage up the fairly steep hill. Great wifi.

It’s far from the lake and all of the activities. There is a bus stop a minute away which takes about 20 minutes to get to the lake. The nearest shops to buy food or water at night are around a 10 minute walk away.

The property is very nice and clean with a coffee machine in the room. The staff are friendly and communicate regarding arrival.

We made the mistake of walking from the station !! Take a taxi or have a car and this is perfect !!

Kitchen has a smoke alarm almost directly above the stove. Even though I had the exhaust fan going it still set of the alarm when I was frying some eggs. Suggest you move it.

The hosts carefully thought about every single detail to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. This property has everything you might need during your stay (even a bathrobe). It’s spotless clean, quiet, comfortable bed and nicely decorated room. Bus stop is within a couple of minutes walk and, in no time you are in the city center. A very nice and inexpensive pizzeria is just across the street. It’s a big luck to find such a nice B&B in Como. I highly recommend!

A lovely place with a very comfortable room and convenient shared kitchen. We had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The building is situated a bit far from central Como, but there is a bus stop very close with a bus that takes you there in about 20 minutes.

Well, check-in from 17:30 is something that the owners need to improve, really out of standards accommodations. We don´t have any issues about this because we had a car, but it could be an issue for other ones. WIFI was not working properly, the Internet was disconnected all the time and the big surprise was the shared kitchen and open hours. Despite of having a really nice kitchen with all facilities, you can only use from 12am to 1pm and/or 7pm to 8pm. Impossible to achieve these deadlines if you need to cook something. For us it was an issue because I have a complex diet restriction to follow. This was not really clear (it was very hide in the facilities description). We don´t have any issue about sharing the kitchen, but the availability was really a pain for us.

The property owners were very welcome and friendly. Great location and available parking just right to the corner. Very clean and the entire location smells so good.
