It's a nice cosy hotel located 5 minutes of a walk from Como St. Giovanni and around 15 minutes away from the lake. The room was clean, the wi-fi worked great. Breakfast was OK. Perhaps I'd add some warm options, like scrambled eggs or sausages, but we couldn't complain. There was plenty of food anyway. The room description said there will be a kettle in it which is very important for me as I need hot water for my meds. It turned out that it wasn't there, but as soon as I asked the receptionist for one, he was kind enough to bring it.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom as well. I liked that there was air conditioning. The location is very good very close to the bus and train station and also close to the city of Como. It’s a short walk to everywhere. Very good connections with trains and busses.

Took a while for the air conditioning to work so the room was too warm for the first couple of hours at night. No kettle for making drinks

There are mosquitoes in the room they cant let us sleep well. Additionally, blankets have a few stains; there is no places to put the soap in bath.

Staff were polite and help us when we had an issue. Breakfast was very appetizer and sufficient.

The room we had was a bit small, and would benefit in having some coat hooks in the room and bathroom , just to hang up towels etc.

Ideal location from Como San Giovanni station, and writhing easy walking distance of the main piazza. Room kept clean by house staff who were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast choice was very good.

I was woken up at 8am with cleaning staff banging stuff outside my door. When I finally got up and asked them to keep it down at 9:30, I was told they had to work. They did then stop banging stuff though. That was the only glitch about my stay though. Everything else was great!

Location is extremely close to the central square. Best price/location ratio in Como!

We booked a budget double room because we were only staying one night but it was tiny…barely room enough to put our luggage in. The bathroom was nearly as big as the bedroom! Probably better suited for a single traveller.

Very helpful staff who were kind and courteous. The location is excellent being walking distance to the train station and city area, Lake etc. The breakfast included in the booking was excellent and a great start to the day.

Breakfast was above our expectations. Lovely room and bathroom, but was warm and couldn’t figure out the air conditioning. No major issue as it was only warm one afternoon and we opened the windows. But may be an issue in warmer months to ask for help with :) Great location and great staff. Couldn’t hear road noise when windows were shut.

Small mini bar that cannot be used as fridge. No cups and kettle - but they can provide upon request. Payment during check-out. Lack of furniture like table or chairs or bed side tables. We were lucky to have window faced no to the main street but even though there were a bit noisy, the exit door is opening both sides with your room card which is a bit annoying to use it twice to exit the building. A bit expensive but overall good experience

It's strange that instead of a duvet, a blanket was provided, which had no cover at all. You could even see hair left by previous guests on it... At least there were two sheets, so we used one of them as a "protective" layer.

Proximity to train station and yet still close to town. We knew the room would be small when we booked - but it was fine and very clean. Breakfast good selection, staff friendly. Rooms on first floor but there is a lift. Excellent value for money.

Our stay was wonderful! The location is perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding – all 10/10. The only minor thing was that the beds felt a bit narrow, which made sleeping slightly less comfortable. However, this did not affect our overall experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
