You need a car to stay there (but it was not an issue for us).

The place is very charming and looks like rural: up in the mountain, with a lot of trees and very quiet. Everything was nice: the bedroom, the shower, the breakfast. Free parking space for our car. And the owners were so friendly!!!

The room is small but offers a high level of comfort. It features a private bathroom and ensure a pleasant and cozy stay. The accommodation is clean and well-maintained. The host, Barbara, is friendly and attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast is delicious and a perfect way to start the day. Parking is available and accessible whit car, making arrival and departure easy.

The owner are so nice and our stay was perfect. We got a great breakfast and the two dogs are so lovely. I can recommend from the bottom of my heart to stay here!

Breakfast was very rich with excellent coffee, pastries, and local products such as cheese and salami. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The place is located in a peaceful and rural area. The host Barbara is very friendly and welcoming, and she provided detailed information for visiting Trieste and Muggia. I strongly recommend il Glicine B&B!!!

Do not bring heavy and large suitcases, because you have to go up to the building and also have to go up a narrow staircase to the room. Some of the furniture is quite old and not renovated.

Barbara is a very nice person, the room a bit small, but comfortable. The environment is beautiful. The parking is good inside of the garden. The breakfast is better then an average Italian breakfast.

We really enjoyed staying at Il Glicine and definitely recommend it! The hosts Barbara and Paolo are very welcoming and friendly (so are their dogs). They even prepared us dinner outside their Osmize opening times. Breakfast and room was great! It's a nice spot for visiting the city of Triest and still enjoying the calmness of this small town. We want to come back!

A beautiful setting and traditionally Italian. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Barbara is very helpful and makes a wonderful breakfast 😊 We had a lovely few days here and would definitely stay again.

Everything was great!

We had a great stay at this beautiful b&b, the rooms were cosy and cute, the hosts very friendly and welcoming, offering us se homemade wine and prosciutto upon arrival. Breakfast was very nice too! As the house is located a bit outside of Trieste, it is recommended to travelers with their own transport who appreciate beautiful nature and privacy.

Friendly host, Wonderful breakfasts, quiet nights, good Wifi. Location is near Trieste but also Muggia, and the sloveninan parts of Istria (Koper, etc). I made longer bicycle trips to Miramare, Koper, Izola, Piran

I loved the place.

Very quiet, super clean, well organised. The breakfast was lovely, if you love sweets, try Barbara’s cakes…..The owner is very kind and helpful. I visited the place with an VW Arteon and the road was enough for 1 vehicle. The parking was a bit stressful for me, but I could manage it. If you want to be sure go via SP13 road.

Nothing to do around, no restaurant, no food shop in the area. The air con is situated over the bed so you can't use it in the night without the risk of being ill. Windows are south-west side, it was very hot inside .

The owner , Barbara is very kind person, the house is very well maintained, rooms are clean with a bit of personal touch. Small fridge in the room is a plus. Good breakfast but only sweet, home made cakes, marmalades.
