How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The water was not hot for shower but no problem in summer

The cleanness can be improved. Other than this everything was very good.
The apartment is spacious, nice and well equipped. The location is good if you are going by car and it is easy to find a parking spot on the street. The owner was very nice and responsive.

The toilet had no toilet seat. No kettle, no microwave.
The apartment was easy to find, with convenient self check-in and out. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of free parking. The apartment was spacious, modern, very clean and very comfortable - comfy beds, big kitchen with a lot of equipment and basic food, fridge with freezer,, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms. Nice host.

Kitchen not equipped, frying pan had no teflon left, oven was not working. In the bathroom, the toilet had no toilet seat, and the shower cabin was barely holding on.

Everything is perfect
The location was great. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with lots of free parking. The apartment is nicely renovated and is extremely clean. The bed is comfortable !

The kitchen is nice and new but some of the pots were in very bad condition.

The apartment at first glance looks great, but after a while spent in the apartment details pop up that make it seems the host are trying to run it with minimal effort. Kitchen is very minimally equipped (for example no kettle, no microwave, few and quite old pots/pans), some dishes were dirty, the fridge was off and we didn't find a way to turn it on. Wifi signal doesn't reach the bedroom, and during our stay there was no internet connection around 60% of the time. There was no toilet seat, just the lid, one of the 'fresh' towels smelled slightly mouldy there was an old soap with some hair on it in the shower, drawer with the hair dryer was quite dirty. Walls are fairly thin - we could hear some neighbours at night.
It's a good, spacious apartment, with a small balcony. Street parking was available, there were shops nearby (the bakery next to the apartment was closed during our stay despite the opening hours on google maps claiming otherwise) and the walk to the city center was pleasant 20 minutes. It was ok for a 2 days stay in beautiful Bosa, the details were not too annoying and the price was on the lower side compared to other places we stayed.

obviously Unclean: 1. sofa has thick dust , and quite dirty so I did not use 2. beddings are all not clean 3. a lot of dust on the floor. 4. Bathroom is clean! 5. Check out time is 10:00, at 10:09 I still doing packaging . So someone knock on my door(Internal lock)with ringing bell, Once , Twice, Third, I can’t bear it so I sms Host to stop ringing bell, then Fourth, 5th, in total 6 times long bell ring extremely loud and high-pitched sharp. Very interesting behaviors! Don’t host know the guest lock it for some reason, why rings the bell for 6 times. It has never happened to me and sounds ridiculous. The kitchen is well furnished and equipped with all your need.
The apartment is quite big with 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen and a bathroom.

Booked whole apartment but one of the rooms was locked . Couldn't get in to look for hangers as the room didn't have any . I felt cheated .

Did not enjoy the stay for following reasons. There was rubbish left in bin from previous occupants. There was no toilet paper and half a shower mat (it was literally chopped in half and tiny). We had to ask the hostess for toilet paper and received one roll. The bed was collapsed in the center and sheets did not allow for relaxation as in a psychodelic acid orange color. Wardrobes were empty, with no hangers to put away clothes. The tiny iron provided was leaking out water. The fridge was turned off on arrival and fully defrosted, we had to figure out how to turn it on and wait for it to become a cooling space. There was no basic accesories like cups to drink coffe/tea from, no sharp knife, no scissors etc. There was no washing mashine to wash clothes, not even a basin to do it by hand. The coffee left maybe with an intention as a welcoming gesture was in fact rancid and rotten tasting. The location itself is far enough from the center, having have to drive to visit places.
The appartment looked newly refurbished. Wifi was good and worked consistently. There was always parking spots outside.
