Nice clean and quiet room

Downside is the amount of stairs needed to get our luggage up before getting to the elevator to get the rest of the way. This seems to be the case in Italy at the other places we stayed as well ( next time i'll pack lighter).

Laura was a very gracious host and very friendly. She let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. Location is walking distance to the train and to town. Laura provided us with very helpful suggestions about where to go and what to do while in Florence. There is a small shared terrace at the fust house where we would sit ou in the evening and have wine a.d charcuterie. Laura knew that it was my birthday while we were there and made us a very nice breakfast our last morning there, very kind and thoughtful.

The noise from the other rooms and the street, but nothing that can't be fixed with a pair of ear plugs.

The owners are super nice, Laura helped immensely with my taxis - I travelled solo for work so needed help sorting out the transport for a couple of trips around Tuscany and to the airport. The B&B is well situated, just a couple of minutes walk from the main train station, also very accessible by the tram - both from the airport and into the city center. The B&B was clean and bed was comfy. I'd stay here again for sure.

We chose this hotel since it said there was a lift to the rooms and I struggle with just a few stairs. Unfortunately there were a few steps that I had to negotiate to get to the lift but the staff did help me with them.

The breakfast was excellent a very full continental one, more than enough to keep us going over lunch and through to dinner. The staff were very kind and helpful and assisted me with the few stairs I had to negotiate.

Our room was facing the road where the tram was running every 2-5mins. This caused quite a lotnof noise (even with closed windows and having earplugs in). If you're a light sleeper, for sure this is not the place for you. Besides this, it was really difficult to get the shower to the right temperature. Mostly it was either too hot, or too cold with no in between. For the price we expected better facilities/services.

It's really close to the train station, about 10min walk away. Also about 20min away from the main sightseeings such as the Dome. The staff is really friendly and gave us some nice tips where to eat.

Around 10 minutes on foot to the train station but a bit of a walk from the places we were trying to visit.

Most convenient location for site seeing and link to the airport tram services. Rooms were comfortable and well attended

Some might find it noisy with the street and tram, but there were ear plugs in our room (not that we used them, we slept easily without them).

Laura and her delightful pooch Bosco were such welcoming and helpful hosts. The room was awesome, just the right amount of quirky for this boutique stay. Beds were comfy and shower was a good size. Easily accessible with a tram line right outside. Very happy with our stay.

On two occasions used towels were removed and no clean towels left back. Tram outside can be loud in the morning if you forget to close the windows.

Not the nicest surrounding location however this was not a problem. 5 min walk into nicer streets and into centre.

The bed had a bit of a roll towards the middle which was a little uncomfortable.

Was a great location a short 20 minute to the center of Firenze. Close to the train and Basilica di Santa Maria Novella. Had a lovely breakfast prepared by the hosts on the last day, they were great at communicating and very friendly.

Room didn't have a desk and wasn't as cute as indicated in photos. Shower flooded bathroom floor.

Easy location walking to everything. Contactless after hrs check in provided by access codes. High ceilings made it feel more spacious.
