I would say that the shower was a bit blocked so maybe it needs to be fixed. Otherwise everything was great , information was sent to us always on time and very in details.

The location was ideal , although it wasn’t close at the city centre (about 25’ walking distance) the connection with buses was perfect and also the neighbourhood was far for the beaten track and kind of upper class. Also the asking distance from the Corso Italia and Boccadasse beach (about 12’ walking) makes the accommodation ideal for summer trips and swimming. It is located at a peaceful area with high quality bars and bakery. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was ok and spacious enough for two people. Clean linens and towels and also food goodies were waiting for us. There is also a shared kitchen where someone can prepare a coffee or a small bite meal.

The room is equipped with everything you might need including tea, coffee and some snacks. It's a bit further away from the centre but it's very well communicated by the buses. It's also quiet so no problems with sleeping at night.

The only thing we found was parking could be difficult, as a lot of the area is permit parking, however the manager helped us with this, and we borrowed a permit for a very reasonable amount, which was great, as we had rented a car for our stay.

Lovely rooms, and very affordable. The location is great, as it only takes about 10/15 minutes to walk to the front. Ana was great, and the remote checking in was really simple, we really had no issues at all!

Although the apartment is a bit small but at the same time has everything you need. There are 2 large beds, and one good size comfy sofa bed. We had a pleasant stay ( we are a family of 5 ). There is also AC and washer that we loved. Fully equipped kitchen ( fridge with freezer, pots and pans utensils plates and cups...coffe maker etc)with a kitchen table and a dining table 😍

The house is very clean, it is in a nice building first floor few steps down. Modern style has full kitchen with washer for your clothes ( and portable cloth drying rack). The house was equipped with everything you need from towels to comfy beds and clean bedding, closets...etc. But my absolute favorite thing about it was its location as it is walking distance from the beautiful genoa Marina where there are plenty of beautiful restaurants with water front ( on the Mediterranean). Supermarket walking distance as well. We had a great stay there, especially since Anna was so nice and responsive and lives in the same building with family that we met super nice people. Thank you, Anna. I am hoping to see you guys again in the future 👍🫶🙏 Highly recommend this apartment 👌

Thin walls. Luckily not us, but you might be at the mercy of your neighbours in terms of sleeping. If there are children or party people you might want a mutual understanding with them before sleeping. Also it would be useful to label/designate other shelves in the fridge besides Ceasare room, since someone drank the milk we bought. There are indeed small fridges in the rooms, with low capacity, so you might not put spoilable stuff there. Maybe a bit too tight on the surveillance, cctv and locking, but nothing else.

Location was perfect, and everything else was near perfevt too. If you need a room in the better area of Genoa, esp. near to Boccadese you want this place. Great comfartable beds, AC, clean rooms, bathrooms and towel. Iron was also provided. Local restaurants are great, esp.the pizzeria nearby. There is a laundry shop, a carefour, a local bakery and a local market just downstairs with the freshest stuff. The staff time to time surprises you, we had a cake and fresh bakery for breakfast! Stable wifi is great for youngsters, it is overall a nice retreat after a day in busy Genoa, and cheap.

The hotel wasn't a hotel but an apartment block which was very smelly when you entered. There was no breakfast provided but a coffee machine for the morning. It was very small and dark and I felt very uncomfortable staying there as it made me feel claustrophobic. I feel I was mis-sold this on booking.com as it was more like an Airbnb but very expensive for what it was - £135 for the night. I definitely will not be recommending this to anyone. Very disappointing.
