Only one minor point, obviously not unusual in an old building but there was quite a strong smell of damp/mould but the place looked spotless clean

The area has a lot of mosquitos during the summer

Large outdoor grassy area for chilling out and playing games like volleyball, football, foosball.. Playground available for kids, hammock etc... Really nice breakfast area. Easy access by car.

The property was very unique and felt Italian atmosphere. This was our first time in Italy and wanted to stay somewhere a little bit more remote to experience the countryside. The rooms are on the smaller side but the space around the property is very nice and very spacious, nice to walk around and relax. Breakfast area was also nice.

We were thoroughly disappointed with the breakfast. It was barely enough for three people, while our group had eight. For example, we received just 3 pieces of butter, 0.7 liters of water and same amount of juice, and 10 slices of bread. We initially thought they may have run out of food on the first day, but the same limited quantity was provided the next morning. One of the single beds also had a deep sag in it—it felt more like sitting than lying down, making it very uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, the listing for one of the rooms mentioned a refrigerator and microwave, but we were told upon arrival that we could not use the kitchen.

The house is like an oasis in the middle of the fields, surrounded by lots of greenery. There are mosquitos, but the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so it was OK. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect!!

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Everybody was kind and helpful. It was clean and well staffed. The room and the atmosphere were traditionally Tuscan.

Difficult to stay outside in the garden in the evening due to Moskitos, but that’s not the fault of the house owners.

Nice and comfortable, large garden even with a volleyball court on grass. Good breakfast, relaxing atmosphere, nice small kitchen downstairs to prepare small snacks and cool drinks. Nets in all windows agains Moskitos.

A lovely room with an equally lovely garden. It was a real pleasure to spend time here and the owner has been extra kind and welcoming. Special mention for the bed, was one of the comfiest I've had! We could also access a common kitchen area which was very convenient for us since we had to work on that afternoon. There are so many cute details that show a lot of care and love for the place. I personally loved the old photos ❤️ 15 mins from Pisa airport makes it especially convenient if you are flying in / from there. Totally recommended!

Both owners were here to welcome us and give us advice on what to visit in the area. The beakfast is just huge ! The place is also great for kids (trampoline, swings,...)
