How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

A little noisy on a Friday night, overlooking the street. Parking is a problem!
Good location, needed to pay better attention to directions for access! Our host was very patient with us when we had trouble with finding then accessing the room - the trouble was ours, not theirs. A lovely room, good location, very comfortable bed! Host's recommendation and reservation for our dinner restaurant was excellent.

The apartment is great, well-furnished and decorated so nicely. It has a master bedroom and additional bedroom with a set of bunk beds. It has a large modern bathroom with walk in shower. There is a terrace overlooking the village and plenty of windows for light and air. Wonderful location within the historic area of Nettuno.

Everything was perfect
Wonderfully renovated, very modern and roomy. Bathroom great and fantastic facilities such as coffee machine and fridge stocked with water and soda. Host Tatiana was fantastic, communication was outstanding and they even helped us with restaurant bookings and recommendations. Absolutely recommend and it is in perfect location.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds and fully updated room and very helpful owner. the air conditioner also worked very well and kept the room cool in August. I would definitely stay here again.

They don't have a parking place and parking near an apartment is expensive. The refrigerator in the apartment is so small, it can fit only a few bottles of soda.
Tatiana and Fabrizio were great. They gave us recommendations for many places and were always available for anything we needed. The location is amazing, and the apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. Living room located in the mezzanine area is a great bonus.

The Air-conditioner could be in living room and bedroom by the downstairs, it would be so much better to sleep there.
Entrence to the beach is exactly like in description, near to apartment. Beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, relaxing climate and very kind staff! Love it ♥️ If it comes to landlords, they are so helpful and caring in everything. So happy to been there, I hope I will be back whenever. I recommend this accomodation 😊🍕✈️

Little bit noisy from the street on weekend evenings
Gorgeous apartment with everything you need. Very generous with coffee pods. Easy reach of everything Nettuno has to offer.

If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as it was noisy! There doesn't appear to be soundproofing and you get the noise from the street along with the courtyard area where many diners were gathered. We were there on a Tuesday night and it was loud...I can't even imagine what it would be like on a weekend. I still slept well with my earplugs though!
We had two rooms, one double and a triple room for our kids. The room for our children was really big and had a king bed on the ground floor and another sofa bed in the loft area. Our room was still really large although it just had a king bed with a few chairs. The rooms look like they've recently been renovated and were done very tastefully - both rooms were beautiful. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. Also, this area of Nettuno was really nice and had a very authentic feel about it. There were many places to eat and drink nearby. I wish we'd spent more time there instead of just one night - it's an area well worth exploring!

The apartment is up a narrow case of stairs without an elevator. Could be a problem if you have any disabilities.
Central location, spacious, close to the beach and Nettuno night life. Nicely air conditioned. Modern and tastefully decorated.

The location was excellent and the rooms cool in the early July heat. Nettuno is a lovely and charming seaside city, and excellent place to relax with the family. We greatly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of our host.

I just loved everything. It was clean, beautiful, very comfortable and refreshing. The location of this accomodation was perfect as well. The hosts are very nice and caring! I will definitely come back again!!:))

Excellent location, perfect to explore the city centre. The suite is spotless, bed is very comfortable. The owner has been really kind and suggested some nice restaurants, thank you!
