Everything great, but if we have to mention something I guess we would not stay one week here because of the location; the beach that is a 15 min walk is not the best in the area for the others you have to drive around and find parking space etc. But for exploring a couple of days (visit with the boat to Tavolara, Tavolara beach) its very nice. Besides that take into account that there is no wifi. For us no problem but good to know.

The view from the balcony on la Tavolara is wonderful! The host Paola is very kind. The double bed is very comfy.

We were informed that there were no towels or bedlinen and we brought ours. However, I would have expected some basics items such a hand soap in the bathroom, and dish liquid, a sponge, plus a tea towel and potholders in the kitchen. Purchasing everything for a few days to use it maybe three times, it seems to me excessive. These items could be available in the flat as standard items free of charge. The flat is in front of a night bar, which means music until 3 am every night.

The flat was nice and clean in a central location close to restaurants and shops with a nice view. There was an assigned parking space. The residence is well kept. the host was very nice and welcoming.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late, 00.15, but Paola met us outside the apartment without any problem. Excellent service. We had a ground floor apartment, which is more spacious than in the photos. Very close to a marina where we hired a boat.

It’s was wonderful, Paola very helpful, apartment is clean, inside you finde everything for comfortable living. Three Supermarket is near, three beaches also near the home. From airport by bus 15 minutes.

Paola is great person! She will support you with everything. Very good comunication and help from her side. Location is close to beach and local restaurant. The clean level very good and in overall we recomend to stay here, with special thanks to Paola.

Great place to stay! One of the best I would say. There is reception where you collect the keys and turn to if you have a question. They will do everything to help. I needed bigger frying pan and they bought one for me! ( thank you ). Property has a car park, very good, comfortable beds. It is in town center and the shop is roun the corner. You get so much more value for money and comfort than staying in a private accommodation ( my experience)

To make it perfect a barbecue for the garden in the apartment would make it perfect.

Our first time as a family on Sardinia. We came by plane and did all trips on the island by bus. Therefore the location was really good - just a few stops from the airport. Easy to take the beach bus to several beautiful beaches, the regular bus to Olbia, la Maddalena or the shopping center near the airport. Also nearby by foot two bigger supermarket, a few restaurants and not only for the kids perfect a gelateria. The apartment was comfortable, the good pool directly nearby. We decided to stay very close to the pool and therefore also near a little bar close to the apartment. It was a little louder sometimes in the later evening but we knew that before and it was ok for us. They also have apartments further away so it is really up to you. The apartments had fans and no air condition - this was from my point of view even better.

Everything was great :)

Our apartment was smaller but had everything we needed as a group of 5 friends. The AC was available in both of the bedrooms and the living room. Besides that, we really enjoyed the big terrace and garden. Everything essential (beach, grocery store, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) was a short walk away. A couple of really nice beaches (Porto Taverna, Lu Impostu, La Cinta) are also a 15-25 minutes drive from the apartment. There is free parking available, which has plenty of space - you only need to move your car on Thursdays because the local market takes place there (don’t worry - there are still plenty of options to park your car near the apartment :)). Paola, our hostess, was also very kind and welcoming. We didn’t find the apartment right away so she came to us in 5 minutes to show us the way to the apartment :). The AC was already on when we arrived, and there was some water waiting in the fridge for us. Paola showed us everything important around the apartment and recommended some places to visit. Those small gestures, overall kindness and availability of the host made our stay even better.

Quite limited kitchen supplies but Paulo instantly helped out. She even lent us a travel plug which I’m embarrassed to say to took by mistake. We’ll return to give it back!

Set in the most idyllic location- possible to walk to everything. Like going back in time. Tasting delicious ice cream minutes from our door, quiet large pool, stunning views from large private garden over Isola Tavalora. Incredible restaurant at the Port. Paulo met us at 11.40 pm! Still a smile and helpful despite such a delay in getting there.

NO WIFI! super important for any traveler who needs information on everything! and its 2025, wifi is 1000% expected anywhere you stay in the world. also electric went out 2x.

Extra payment for bed sheets and towels, no Wifi availible in the aparments travelling with kids is a big surprise. Few doors in the kitchen loose. Value for price relatively low - for price per night you can get larger apartment with real 2 bedrooms and two double beds instead of bund bed in very tight bedroom.

Eventhough it is not directly related to apartment itself and there is nothing the host could do about it, I would like to mention that there was a lot of noise coming from a close by bar. Especially on Friday and Saturday nights, there were live music with extremely high volume. Even with closed windows and doors (thanks to airconditioning), it was still unbearable for us. Apparently, the bar is allowed to play loud music until 01.00 in the night but of course, they were stretching this rule to play music until 01.30. Parallel to this, there was a storm when we were staying there and we noticed that a lot of air was coming through the doors and windows. Then we thought that it may also be the part of the problem when we were hearing a lot of noise.

Location of the apartment was great, close to a lot of beautiful beaches. The apartment was spacious. The best part of the stay was definitely our host, Paola. She was super helpful about everything.
